 CODE: 2010 FBC.
  
 1- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS (TWO COPIES) AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 103.2 OF 2010 FBC-ENERGY CONSERVATION.
  
 2- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE
 DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT
 IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE
 UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT CODE.
  
 3- ACCORDING TO PLANS SUBMITTED, PROPOSED LOCATION OF
 THE AIR HANDLER UNIT MAY HAVE NOT ENOUGH ROOM TO COMPLY
 WITH THE APPLIANCE ACCESS REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. M1305 OF
 2010 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. CHECK AND REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 4- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 B) SIMPSON TRUSS CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS. PROVIDE
 ONLY THE PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING
 THE CONNECTOR.
  
 C) BORAL ROOFING UNDERLAYMENT. ACCORDING TO FLORIDA
 PRODUCT APPROVAL FL 14317 SUBMITTED THE MAXIMUM DESIGN
 PRESSURES FOR THIS SYSTEM IS -45PSF (SEE LIMITATION
 #5.5.2.1). DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THIS BUILDING FOR ZONE
 2 AND 3 ARE HIGHER THAN -45PSF. (SEE SEC. R301.2.1.3 OF
 2010 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE). THEREFORE, THIS PRODUCT
 APPROVAL CAN'T BE USED.
  
 5- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 6- ROOFING CONTRACTOR NEEDS TO APPLY FOR THE ROOFING
 PERMIT. 105.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 7- PLANS NEED TO SPECIFY ATTIC VENTILATION AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R806 OF 2010 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. SPECIFY
 SIZE AND LOCATION.
  
 8- SHEET S-1:
 A) WIND LOAD SCHEDULE: (1)CLARIFY WHY THE DESIGN IS FOR
 0 TO 7 DEGREES. SEE ROOF PITCH ON PLANS AND REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. (2) REVISE NOTE #2. CORNER DISTANCE IS 4'-0"
 MIN. AS REQUIRED BY FOOTNOTE ON FIGURE R301.2(7) OF
 2010 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. AND CLARIFY WHY THE
 TRIBUTARY AREA IS 50SF FOR COMPONENTS AND CLADDING?.
 SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 B) ROOF SHEATHING NAILING SCHEDULE: REVISE CORNER
 DISTANCE A. ACCORDING TO FIGURE R803.2.3.1 GABLE ENDS
 DISTANCE IS 5'-0' MIN AND ROOF ZONE 2 IS 4'-0" MIN.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 C) ROOF DESIGN LOAD SCHEDULE: THE ROOF LIVE LOAD SHALL
 BE DESIGNED AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.6 OF 2010 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 9- SHEET S-2: REVISE ROOF SHEATHING SPECIFICATION SHOWN
 ON WALL SECTION 1/S-2 AND 2/S-2 TO MATCH SPECIFICATIONS
 SHOWN ON SHEET S-1. INFORMATION SUBMITTED DON'T MATCH.
