 THIS PARCEL (NOTIFICATION E-MAIL SENT TO ALL OF THE
 RELEVANT AUTHORITIES & ORGANIZATIONS).
  
 UPDATE ON 11/28/2012: IT WAS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION BY
 ANA MARIA APONTE THAT THE INTAKE CLERK MAY HAVE
 POSSIBLY BEEN PROVIDED WITH THE WRONG PCN BY WHOMEVER.
 IT APPEARED LIKELY THAT THIS PERMIT WAS INITIALLY
 LINKED TO THE WRONG PARCEL LOCATION THAT HAD NO ADDRESS
 AT THAT TIME (74434321010100032 AT 0 EVERNIA ST THAT
 WAS LATER ASSIGNED 316 EVERNIA ST) INSTEAD OF THE RIGHT
 ONE (74434321010100152) THAT ALREADY HAD AN ADDRESS
 (321 FERN ST). THIS ERROR INADVERTENTLY RESULTED IN A
 NEW ADDRESS OF 316 EVERNIA ST BEING ASSIGNED TO A
 VACANT PARCEL (74434321010100032) THAT WAS ACTUALLY NOT
 ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PERMIT. SUBSEQUENTLY, THIS PERMIT
 WAS CORRECTLY RE-REFERENCED & MOVED FROM PCN#
 74434321010100032 (316 EVERNIA ST) TO PCN#
 74434321010100152 (321 FERN ST).
