 TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED
 PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE. COUNTY
 IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE OF THE UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT
 CODE.
  
 3- STORM PANELS NOA 10-0222.03 SUBMITTED: PROVIDE
 COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2010
 FBC-RESIDENTIAL. CLEARLY IDENTIFY SPECIFIC SHUTTERS
 MOUNTING CONDITION AND ANCHOR TYPE AND SPACING TO BE
 USED. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
 ***NOTE: CLARIFY WHY SUBMITTING STORM SHUTTERS PRODUCT

 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR FRENCH DOORS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
 INCLUDING FRENCH DOORS WITH SIDELITES AS SHOWN ON
 PLANS.
  
 6- DESIGNER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.3.4.1 OF CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 7- SHEET A3: PROPOSED 2ND FLOOR PLAN SHOWS NEW ATTIC
 ACCESS. IT LOOKS LIKE IT'S NOT READILY ACCESSIBLE AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R807. REVISE AS REQUIRED AND PROVIDE
 DIMENSIONS.
 ***NOTE: THERE IS A NOTE THAT THE AHU IS LOCATED HERE.
 VERIFY THAT AIR HANDLER UNIT WILL BE OK IN THIS
 LOCATION. CHECK ACCESS AND REQUIRED CLEARANCES TO

 DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS. NEED TO SPECIFY MIN. 8D
 RING SHANK NAILS (NOT 10D) AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R803.2.3.1 AND ALSO NEED TO SPECIFY NAILS AT 4"O.C. IN
 ROOF ZONE #3.
  
 B) ARCHITECT TO REVISE ROOF SHEATHING NAILING
 SPECIFICATIONS SHOWN ON ALL THE WALL SECTIONS AND
 DETAILS TO MATCH REVISED ENGINEER SPECIFICATIONS.
 COORDINATE WITH ITEM 10(A) ABOVE. SEC. 107.2.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
