 1) DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE DESCRIPTION OF WORK INCLUDED
 WITH IN THE PLANS, SECTIONS SCRATCHED OUT IN PEN ON THE
 PLANS AND THE WRITTEN PERMIT APPLICATION UNDER THE
 HEADING WORK DESCPRIPTION. PLEASE CORRELATE ALL THE
 WORK TO BE COVERED UNDER THIS PERMIT. 2010 FBC-B
 ADMINISTRATIVE SECTION 107.2.1.3 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 REQUIRED.
  
 2) NEITHER THE A-1 OR E-1 INDICATE COMPLIANCE WITH 2010
 FBC-B 916.1.1, CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS, 916.1.2
 COMBINATION ALARMS OR 907.2.11.2.SMOKE ALARMS IN R-2
 RESIDENCIES.
  
 3) PLEASE NOTE THAT ROOM NUMBER 3 & 5 DO NOT MEET THE
 ROOM SIZE REQUIREMENTS FOR AN EFFICIENCY DWELLING UNIT.
 2010 FBC-B 1208.4 EFFICIENCY DWELLING UNITS.
 AN EFFICIENCY LIVING UNIT SHALL CONFORM TO THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE CODE EXCEPT AS MODIFIED HEREIN:
  
 1. THE UNIT SHALL HAVE A LIVING ROOM OF NOT LESS THAN
 220 SQUARE FEET (20.4 M2) OF FLOOR AREA. AN ADDITIONAL
 100 SQUARE FEET (9.3 M2) OF FLOOR AREA SHALL BE
 PROVIDED FOR EACH OCCUPANT OF SUCH UNIT IN EXCESS OF
 TWO.
 2. THE UNIT SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A SEPARATE CLOSET.
 3. THE UNIT SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A KITCHEN SINK,
 COOKING APPLIANCE AND REFRIGERATION FACILITIES, EACH
 HAVING A CLEAR WORKING SPACE OF NOT LESS THAN 30 INCHES
 (762 MM) IN FRONT. LIGHT AND VENTILATION CONFORMING TO
 THIS CODE SHALL BE PROVIDED.
 4. THE UNIT SHALL BE PROVIDED WITH A SEPARATE BATHROOM
 CONTAINING A WATER CLOSET, LAVATORY AND BATHTUB OR
 SHOWER.
  
 WEST PALM BEACH MUNICIPLE CODE SEC. 18-109. - CONFLICT
 WITH OTHER CODES.
  
 IN ANY CASE WHERE A PROVISION OF ANY ZONING, BUILDING,
 ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, HEALTH, FIRE, OR SAFETY CODE OF
 THE CITY IS IN CONFLICT, THE PROVISION WHICH
 ESTABLISHES THE HIGHER STANDARD FOR THE PROMOTION AND
 PROTECTION OF THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY SHALL
 PREVAIL.
