 OF 946 25TH CT (EVEN NUMBER ON THE ODD SIDE). IN
 ADDITION, I WILL PROPOSE A NEW PRIMARY ADDRESS OF 935
 25TH CT FOR THE EAST HUT & THE EXISTING ADDRESS OF 939
 25TH CT WILL BE RECLASSIFIED AS A "SECONDARY" ADDRESS
 FOR THE WEST HUT.
  
 ON MONDAY, AUGUST 6, 2012, I PLAN TO CONTACT THE
 PROPERTY OWNERS, LILLIAN OR VALENTINO MIOTTO ABOUT THE
 POTENTIAL NEW ADDRESS & INSTRUCT HER TO POST THE PROPER
 NUMERICAL CHARACTERS (SEE ORDINANCE SECTION 78-6 BELOW
 ), IN ADDITION TO CONTACTING THE ARCHITECT, AMES
 BENNETT ABOUT THE CORRECT ADDRESS TO REFERENCE. BEFORE
 I CAN TOUCH BASE WITH EITHER ONE OF THEM, I HAD TO RUN
 THESE PENDING CHANGES BY OUR ADDRESSING REVIEW PANEL TO
 MAKE SURE THAT IT WAS OK TO PROCEED WITH MY INTENDED
 ACTIONS.
  
 UPDATE ON 8/6/12: I CALLED LILLIAN MIOTTO AT (561)
 762-1877 TO INFORM HER OF THE NEW PRIMARY ADDRESS OF
 935 25TH CT FOR THE EAST HUT, IN ADDITION TO THE
 EXISTING ONE OF 939 25TH CT BEING RECLASSIFIED AS A
 SECONDARY ADDRESS FOR THE WEST HUT. I ALSO TOUCH BASED
 WITH THE ARCHITECT, AMES BENNETT & LEFT A VOICEMAIL FOR
 THE CONTRACTOR, RICKY WILSON TO INFORM HIM OF THESE
 ADDRESSING ADJUSTMENTS. THE OFFICIAL E-MAIL
 NOTIFICATION WAS SENT OUT TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES &
 ORGANIZATIONS, AND THE SITE PLAN WAS RETURNED BACK TO
 THE B4 BOX DOWNSTAIRS.

 ACCORDING TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCE SEC. 78-6. NUMBERING
 STANDARDS--RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL AND
 INSTITUTIONAL STRUCTURES- FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE
 ADDRESS SIGN:
  
 THE ADDRESS SIGN SHALL BE POSTED ON THAT PORTION OF THE
 STRUCTURE FRONTING OR FACING UPON THE STREET OR
 PRINCIPAL VEHICULAR ACCESS TO THE PREMISES, SO AS TO BE
 READILY VISIBLE TO APPROACHING VEHICLES.
  
 ALL RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, OR
 INSTITUTIONAL STRUCTURES UTILIZING ADDRESSES WITHIN THE
 CITY SHALL POST ADDRESS CHARACTERS IN COMPLIANCE WITH
 THIS SECTION AS FOLLOWS:
  
 (1) SIZE AND TYPE. ALL ADDRESS CHARACTERS SHALL BE
 ARABIC NUMERALS, EXCEPT THAT ENGLISH LETTERS MAY BE
 USED TO IDENTIFY INDIVIDUAL UNITS ALL POSSESSING THE
 SAME NUMERIC ADDRESS, WHERE APPLICABLE. ALL CHARACTERS
 ON SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES, DUPLEXES AND "MOTHER-IN-LAW
 SUITES" SHALL BE NO LESS THAN THREE INCHES IN HEIGHT
 AND ONE INCH IN WIDTH. ALL CHARACTERS ON BUILDINGS
 OTHER THAN SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES AND DUPLEXES SHALL BE NO
 LESS THAN SIX INCHES IN HEIGHT AND ONE INCH IN WIDTH.
  
 (2) LOCATION, BUILDINGS CONTAINING MORE THAN ONE
 ADDRESS. ALL ADDRESSES SHALL BE POSTED ON THAT PORTION
 OF THE STRUCTURE FRONTING OR FACING UPON THE STREET OR
 PRINCIPAL VEHICULAR ACCESS TO THE PREMISES, SO AS TO BE
 READILY VISIBLE TO APPROACHING VEHICLES. OWNERS OR
 TENANTS OF ALL HOUSES AND BUILDINGS USING A SERVICE
 ALLEY SHALL ALSO POST A NUMBER ON THE SIDE OF THE
 BUILDINGS ADJACENT TO AND FACING SUCH ALLEY. IF THE
 HOUSE OR BUILDING IS OBSTRUCTED BY A FENCE, THEN THE
 NUMBER SHALL BE POSTED ON THE FENCE. THE PLACEMENT OF
 NUMBERS ON BUILDINGS OR FENCES, AS THE CASE MAY BE,
 SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE DIRECTION OR APPROVAL OF THE
 CITY'S CONSTRUCTION SERVICES DEPARTMENT. BUILDINGS
 WHICH CONTAIN MORE THAN ONE RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL,
 INDUSTRIAL, OR INSTITUTIONAL ADDRESS SHALL POST A
 SEPARATE ADDRESS MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS
 SECTION AT THE EXTERIOR ENTRANCE TO EACH INDIVIDUAL
 ADDRESS OR COMMON EXTERIOR ENTRANCE TO SEVERAL
 ADDRESSES THEREIN, AND THE UNIT NUMBER SHALL ALSO BE
 POSTED ON THE EXTERIOR DOOR OF EACH UNIT SERVED BY SUCH
 A COMMON EXTERIOR ENTRANCE.
  
 (3) MONUMENT SIGNS. ALL MONUMENT SIGNS FOR MULTIPLE
 RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, INDUSTRIAL, OR INSTITUTIONAL
 DEVELOPMENTS SHALL POST THE ADDRESS RANGE FOR THE
 DEVELOPMENT. THE POSTED ADDRESS RANGE SHALL MEET THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION.
  
 (4) COLOR OF CHARACTERS. ALL ADDRESS CHARACTERS SHALL
 BE OF A COLOR IN DIRECT CONTRAST TO AND CLEARLY
 DISTINGUISHABLE FROM THE BACKGROUND TO WHICH THE
 CHARACTERS ARE AFFIXED.
  
 (5) ADDRESSES TO BE CLEARLY VISIBLE FROM THE STREET.
 EACH ADDRESS UPON THE EXTERIOR OF ANY BUILDING SHALL BE
 CLEARLY VISIBLE FROM THE STREET OR OTHER PRINCIPAL
 MEANS OF VEHICULAR ACCESS. LANDSCAPING SHALL NOT BE
 PERMITTED TO COVER OR CONCEAL ADDRESSES. NIGHTTIME
 LIGHTING SHALL BE LOCATED SO AS TO MAXIMIZE VISIBILITY
 OF ADDRESSES.
  
 (6) CORRECTNESS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
 PROPERTY OWNER OF ANY STRUCTURE OR BUILDING SUBJECT TO
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION TO POST THE CORRECT
 ADDRESS ON THE PROPERTY.
  
 (7) RESPONSIBILITY FOR MAINTENANCE. THE OWNER OF ANY
 STRUCTURE OR BUILDING SUBJECT TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 THIS SECTION SHALL MAINTAIN, REPAIR OR REPLACE ALL
 ADDRESSES WHEN NECESSARY TO COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION.
