 1) SHEET 1.7A THE LIFE SAFETY PLAN INDICATES THAT PART
 OF THE NEW A-2 OCCUPANCY IS EXITING THROUGH A PORTION
 OF THE KITCHEN AREA/ STORAGE AREA, PLEASE REVIEW
 2010 FBC-B 1014.2(4).
  
 2) SHEET 1.7A , LIFE SAFETY PLAN THE SAME PATH OF
 TTRAVEL HAS A SECOND ISSUE, WHERE TWO MEANS OF EGRESS
 ARE REQUIRED AND AT LEAST 1/3 RD THE DIAGONAL APART,
 THEY ALSO NEED TO HAVE 2 ACCESSIBLE MEANS OF EGRESS,
 CURRENTLY THE PLANS ONLY INDICATE ONE, PLEASE SEE 2010
 ACCESSIBILITY CODE ADVISORY 105.2.4 ICC/IBC .
  
 3) SHEET 1.6A:
 3A) THE PLANS INDICATE A NEW RAISED PLATFORMED FLOOR
 AREA, THE PLANS DO NOT INDICATE THE DESIGN LIVE LOADS
 IT WAS DESIGNED TOO, 2010 FBC-B TABLE 1607.1(11).
  
 3B) THE PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOT AREA
 OF WHICH THE RAISED PLATFORM FLOOR ENCOMPASSES, APPROX
 2690 SQ FT. THE ISSUE WITH THE NEW PLATFORM AREA IS THE
 NEW WALLS BEING INSTALLED WILL NOW CREATE NEW ROOMS,
 WHEREAS SECTION 410.4 ONLY ALLOWS ONE-THIRD THE THE
 ROOM AREA TO BE RAISED FLOOR.
  
 3C) THE OTHER CONCERNS, THE PLANS DO NOT PROVIDE WHAT
 TYPE OF FLOOR DECKING/ SHEATHING IS TO BE APPLIED TO
 THE STEEL FRAMING, 2010 FBC-B 603.1.1 ALLOWABLE
 COMBUSTIBLES IN TYPE I OR II BUILDINGS.
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE HIBACHI
 TABLES, ADDITIONAL FRAMING MAYBE REQUIRED IN THE NEW
 FLOOR FRAMING? ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUIRED
 107.2.1.3.
  
 5) SHEET 1.0A NOTE # 6 INDICATES INFILE OF FLOORING BUT
 NO FRAMING DETAILS ARE PROVIDED TO COMPLY WITH 2010
 FBC_B TABLE 1607.1(11).
  
 6) THE COVER SHEET INDICATES THE MINIMUM BUILDING TYPE
 AS A TYPE II SPRINKLERED, THE ORIGINAL BUILDING WAS
 BUILT BEORE THE 2004 FBC, THE BUILDING CLASSIFICATIONS
 CHANGED IN THE 2004 FBC, THE CURRENT BUILDING
 CLASSIFICATION IS NOW A IB PLEASE UPDATE PLANS.
  
 7) THE NEWLY FORMED PORTION OF RESTARAUNT MAY BE A
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY AND WOULD REQUIRE PALM BEACH COUNTY
 IMPACT FEE ASSESSMENT. BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT,
 MAY BE ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY. THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED
 BY THAT OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED
