 ACTION: DENIED
  
 1) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED. THE SCOPE OF THE
 PERMIT APPEARS TO HAVE CHANGED, THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 UNDER THE DESCRIPTION OFPROJECT, DEMOLITION, STRUCTURAL
 STEEL WORK SHELL ONLY. THE PLANS NOW HAVE A PLUMBING,
 ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL SHEETS, NEW DETAILS FOR A
 MEZZANINE LEVEL. THE CONTRACTOR TO UPDATE THE SCOPE OF
 WORK NO LONGER A SHELL, INCREASE THE VALUE OF THE
 PERMIT, AND IS THIS A CHANGE IN OCCUPANCY, PROVIDE THE
 TRYPE OF SERVICES WILL TAKE PLACE IN THIS BUILDING.
 107.2.1.3. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 2) PROVIDE A KEY PLAN AS TO WHERE THIS SPACE IS LOCATED
 WITHIN THE LAYOUT OF THE BUILDING, PROVIDE THE TYPE OF
 OCCUPANCY WILL OCCUPY THIS TENANT SPACE. PROVIDE THE
 MINIMUM BUILDING TYPE PER 2010 FBC-B TABLE 503. IS THIS
 STRUCTURE FIRE SPRINKLERED OR NOT, IF SPRINKLERED A
 LAYOUT OF SPRINKLERS OCCUPANCY TYPE AND OCCUPANT LOAD,
 LIFE SAFETY PLANS WITH EGRESS, 107.3.5.1 MINIMUM PLAN
 REVIEW CRITERIA FOR COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS.
  
 3) DISCREPANCY, THERE ARE TWO SETS OF STRUCTURAL SHEETS
 WITH TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERNT SCOPE OF WORK EACH HAVING
 A S1 & S2 SHEET NAME? THE CONTRACTOR OF RECORD WILL
 NEED TO REVIEW DOCUMENTS TO SEE IF THE SCOPE HAS
 CHANGED OR IF THE SHEETS SHOULD BE NUMERED S3 & S4?
 COALATE PLANS. WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INSERT
 THE NEW SHEETS & REMOVE ANY PAGES AS NECESSARY. A
 TRANSMITTAL LETTER LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT
 NUMBER, WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION PAGE WHERE THE
 CHANGES CAN BE FOUND WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT.

 REVIEWED AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF
 RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
 FL 61G1-23.015 (2) THE ARCHITECT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR
 SUPERVISING AND REVIEWING ALL PROJECT DATA, REPORTS,
 SHOP DRAWINGS ETC..
  
 6) SINCE THERE ARE NO ARCHITECTURAL SHEETS IT IS NOT
 CLEAR WHAT IS NEW AND WHAT IS EXISTING, PLEASE TO AWARE
 OF 2010 ACCESSIBILITY CODE AND DISPROPORTIONATE COST.
  
 202.4.1 DISPROPORTIONATE COST.
 ALTERATIONS MADE TO PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF
 TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED AREA WILL BE DEEMED
 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE OVERALL ALTERATION WHEN THE
 COST EXCEEDS 20% OF THE COST OF THE ALTERATION TO THE
 PRIMARY FUNCTION AREA. COSTS THAT MAY BE COUNTED AS
 EXPENDITURES REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF
 TRAVEL MAY INCLUDE: (I) COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING
 AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE AND AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE
 ALTERED AREA; (II) COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH MAKING
 RESTROOMS ACCESSIBLE, SUCH AS INSTALLING GRAB BARS,

 INSTALLING AMPLIFICATION DEVICES, OR INSTALLING A TEXT
 TELEPHONE (TTY); (IV) COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RELOCATING
 AN INACCESSIBLE DRINKING FOUNTAIN.
  
 202.4.2 ACCESSIBLE FEATURES IN THE EVENT OF
 DISPROPORTIONALITY.
 WHEN THE COST OF ALTERATIONS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE PATH
 OF TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED AREA FULLY ACCESSIBLE IS
 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE COST OF THE OVERALL ALTERATION,
 THE PATH OF TRAVEL SHALL BE MADE ACCESSIBLE TO THE
 EXTENT THAT IT CAN BE MADE ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT INCURRING
 DISPROPORTIONATE COSTS. IN CHOOSING WHICH ACCESSIBLE
 ELEMENTS TO PROVIDE, PRIORITY SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THOSE
 ELEMENTS THAT WILL PROVIDE THE GREATEST ACCESS, IN THE
 FOLLOWING ORDER: (I) AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE; (II) AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE ALTERED AREA; (III) AT LEAST
 ONE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM FOR EACH SEX OR A SINGLE UNISEX
 RESTROOM; (IV) ACCESSIBLE TELEPHONES; (V) ACCESSIBLE
 DRINKING FOUNTAINS; AND (VI) WHEN POSSIBLE, ADDITIONAL
 ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS SUCH AS PARKING, STORAGE, AND

 FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY. THE ACTUAL
 PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT OFFICE, AND
 A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE PERMIT

 8) A THOROUGH REVIEW CAN NOT BE MADE AT THIS TIME, AS A
 RESULT OF THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED

 A MEETING WITH THE CONTRACTOR BEFORE THE PLANS ARE
