| CLASSIFY THIS AS AN ADDITION THAT EFFECTS THE EXISTING |
| NON-COMPLIANT BUILDING. (1) THE ADDITION IS CLASSIFIED |
| AS SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENT, (2) THE TWO BUILDINGS DO |
| SHARE PORTIONS OF A COMMON 4 HOUR FIRE WALL, AND (3) |
| COMMUNICATING OPENINGS BETWEEN THE TWO BUILDINGS. |
