 PROVIDE RESPONSE IN WRITING.
  
 1) THE VALUE OF THE CONSTRUCTION ($120,000) EXCEEDS 50%
 OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE ($186,000) ACCORDING TO THE
 P.B.C. PROPERTY APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT
 TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE
 SITE SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE RIVERWALK RPD
 LANDSCAPE GUIDELINES AND ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS
 FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS
 TO THE RIVERWALK RPD LANDSCAPE GUIDELINES AND ARTICLE
 XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 DEMONSTRATING COMPLIANCE SHALL BE INCLUDED WITH THE
 PERMIT RE-SUBMITTAL. IF THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO
 THE RIVERWALK RPD LANDSCAPE GUIDELINES AND ARTICLE XIV,
 THEN PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT A
 SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED SHOWING MATERIAL TO BRING THE SITE INTO
 CONFORMITY.
  
 THE RIVERWALK RPD LANDSCAPE GUIDELINES REQUIRE
 A. ONE SHADE TREE (12 FOOT MINIMUM HEIGHT) FOR EACH
 1,500 SQ. FT. OF PLATTED LOT AREA. TWO PALMS (12 FOOT
 MINIMUM HEIGHT) OR ONE MULTI-STEM SPECIMEN PALM MAY BE
 SUBSTITUTED FOR A SHADE TREE.
 B. ONE SHRUB (24 INCHES MINIMUM HEIGHT) FOR EACH 300
 SQ. FT. OF PLATTED LOT AREA.
 C. ONE ACCENT TREE OR PALM FOR EACH PLATTED LOT.
 D. FLORITAM SODDED LAWNS.
  
 2) PROVIDE THE SETBACK DIMENSION OF THE NEW A/C AND
 CURB FROM THE COMMON PROPERTY LINE.
