 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. AS THE PROPOSED SIGN DIFFERS FROM WHAT WAS APPROVED
 AS PART OF THE COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT (CPD), A
 MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE NAPLETON CPD SHALL BE SUBMITTED
 TO THE DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ? ZONING
 DIVISION. SUCH APPLICATION SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-408(D)(1) OF THE CITY'S
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), THE
 MAXIMUM NUMBER OF WALL SIGNS FOR EACH BUILDING SHALL BE
 "ONE SIGN FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL BUSINESS OCCUPANT OF THE
 BUILDING, PLUS TWO ADDITIONAL SIGNS". AS THERE IS ONLY
 ONE BUSINESS WITHIN THE BUILDING, THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF
 WALL SIGNS IS LIMITED TO THREE TOTAL. AS DISCUSSED
 PREVIOUSLY, PROPOSED SIGNS CAN BE CONSOLIDATED,
 HOWEVER, INFORMATION IS NEEDED REGARDING THE SQUARE
 FOOTAGE IF A SINGLE BOX IS CALCULATED AROUND THE
 CONSOLIDATED SIGNS (INCLUDING BACKGROUND, ETC.). FOR
 EXAMPLE, THE "PARTS" AND "SERVICE" SIGNS MAY BE
 CONSOLIDATED AND COUNTED AS ONE (1) SIGN, BUT I NEED TO
 KNOW WHAT THE SQUARE FOOTAGE IS IF A SINGLE BOX IS
 DRAWN AROUND BOTH SIGNS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE OVERALL
 SQUARE FOOTAGE OF THE WALL MOUNTED SIGNS SHALL NOT
 EXCEED THAT PROVIDED IN SECTION 94-409 OF THE CITY'S
 ZLDRS, AND THE CORNER SIGNS (UNDER SEPARATE PERMIT)
 WILL COUNT TOWARD THIS ALLOCATION.
