 2010 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 1- ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 THIS HOUSE IS LOCATED
 ON EXPOSURE "D" NOT "C". REVISE CALCULATIONS AS
 REQUIRED. AND, REVISE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 2- DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN ON SUBMITTED CALCULATIONS ARE
 TOO LOW EVEN FOR EXPOSURE "C". ENGINEER RESPONSIBLE FOR
 THE CALCULATIONS TO PROVIDE ACTUAL CALCULATIONS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. AND,
 PROVIDE CALCULATIONS WITH ORIGINAL SEAL AND SIGNATURE
 AS REQUIRED BY CHAPTER 471 FLORIDA STATUTES. AND,
 PROVIDE 2 COPIES.
 ***NOTE: COORDINATE CALCULATIONS WITH ITEM #1 ABOVE.
  
 3- ANCHOR SCHEDULE USED IS FOR CONCRETE APPLICATIONS.
 SEE SHEET 9 OF DRAWINGS SUBMITTED. PROVIDE PROOF THAT
 EXISTING HOUSE HAS CONCRETE LINTELS AND CONCRETE SILLS
 WITH THE MINIMUM CONCRETE STRENGTH (3192 PSI MIN.) AS
 INDICATED ON THE ANCHOR SCHEDULE. OTHERWISE USE THE
 ANCHOR SCHEDULE FOR HOLLOW CONCRETE BLOCK AS SHOWN ON
 SHEET #10. REVISE ANCHOR SPACING ON THE SHUTTERS
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE AS REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1.3 CITY
 AMENDMENTS.
  
 4- SHUTTER SPAN SPECIFIED ON THE SHUTTERS INSTALLATION
 SCHEDULE IS THE SAME AS THE OPENING HEIGHT. ACCORDING
 TO THESE NUMBERS THE MINIMUM EDGE DISTANCE OF 2.5" IS
 NOT POSSIBLE. ALSO, NEED TO CONSIDER THAT THE EDGE
 DISTANCE EXCLUDES THE STUCCO THICKNESS. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED. SEC. 107.2.1.3.
