 1) PLEASE PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE DRAINAGE
 EASEMENT RECORDED IN O.R.B 21881, PAGE 705, HAS BEEN
 RELEASED OR AMENDED TO NOT INCLUDE THE PROPOSED PATIO
 AREA. NOTE #5 ON THE SURVEY STATES THAT THE EASEMENT
 WILL BE RELEASED PRIOR TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE BRICK
 PAVER PATIO. IN THE ABSENCE OF THE EASEMENT RELEASE, NO
 STRUCTURE MAY BE CONSTRUCTED IN THE EASEMENT.
  
 2) THE SCREEN ENCLOSURE PLANS SHOW THE ENCLOSURE AT 13
 FEET WIDE AND INDICATE THAT THE SCREEN ENCLOSURE WILL
 BE BUILT ON THE PROPERTY LINE. THE MARKED UP SURVEY
 SHOWS THE SCREEN ENCLOSURE BUILT IN LINE WITH THE
 PATIO, APPROXIMATELY ONE (1) FOOT FROM THE WESTERN LOT
 LINE LINE. IN EITHER CASE, THE ADDITIONAL FOOT IN WIDTH
 WILL AFFECT THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE. IF IT IS TO BE ONLY
 THE LANDSCAPE ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE ENCLOSURE, THEN
 IT MAY BE FIELD ADJUSTED. IF IT IS TO BE ON THE WEST
 PROPERTY LINE, THEN THE APPROVED LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL
 BE REVISED TO SHOW THE RELOCATION OF THE PODOCARPUS
 HEDGE WHICH IS CURRENTLY SHOWN BETWEEN LOTS 72 AND 73.
 BOTH THE SITE PLAN AND ENGINEERING PLAN SHALL SHOW THE
 SAME CONDITIONS.
