| 1. PLEASE PROVIDE AN ACCURATE SITE PLAN. THE DRAWING |
| PROVIDED SHOWS THE PROPOSED AWNING EXTENDING INTO THE |
| PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-145 OF THE |
| CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, THE |
| AWNING SHALL BE NO CLOSER THAN 5 FEET TO THE PROPERTY |
| LINE. |

| 2. ACCORDING TO THE SURVEY, AND AN AERIAL PHOTO, IT |
| APPEARS THAT THERE IS LANDSCAPING (I.E. HEDGE) ALONG |
| THE WEST PROPERTY LINE. THE DRAWING SHOWS A COLUMN AND |
| FOOTER BEING INSTALLED WEST OF THE PARKING ROW, IS THIS |
| PROPOSED TO BE IN THE LANDSCAPE AREA? SEE COMMENT #1 |
| ABOVE, AND THE PROPOSED AWNING SHALL NOT CONFLICT WITH |
| THE EXISTING LANDSCAPING. |

| 3. THE PROPOSED DRAWING SHOWS COLUMNS BEING ANCHORED |
| BETWEEN THE WHEEL STOP AND THE EDGE OF THE CONCRETE. |
| THIS AREA IS PROVIDED AS A VEHICLE OVERHANG AND NO |
| OBSTRUCTION CAN BE PLACED IN THIS AREA. THE ONLY OPTION |
| WOULD BE TO HAVE THE COLUMNS PLACED BETWEEN PARKING |
| SPACES, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DOUBLE-STRIPING. IF THIS |
| IS THE CASE, PLEASE PROVIDE THE EXISTING PARKING LAYOUT |
| ON THE PLAN, AS WELL AS INDICATE THE LOCATION OF ALL OF |
| THE COLUMNS. IN NO CASE SHALL THE COLUMNS IMPEDE WITH |
| THE PARKING STALL. |
