| 75 PERCENT OR 1000 SQUARE FEET, WHICHEVER IS LESS, OF |
| THE FRONT YARD SHALL BE LANDSCAPED WITH LIVING PLANT |
| MATERIAL. |

| 2. THE WALKWAY TO THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE IS DRAWN SUCH |
| THAT IT IS WIDER AT THE HOUSE THEN IT IS AT THE |
| SIDEWALK. NO DIMENSION WAS PROVIDED TO SHOW THE WIDTH |
| OF THE WALKWAY AT THE POINT AT WHICH IT MEETS THE |
| HOUSE. WITHOUT THIS MEASUREMENT IT IS UNCLEAR HOW MUCH |
| AREA WILL BE UTILIZED FOR PAVERS. |

| BASED UPON STAFF'S CALCULATION, IF THE WALKWAY IS ONLY |
| 3 FEET WIDE FROM SIDEWALK TO THE HOUSE, THE WIDEST THE |
| DRIVEWAY COULD BE IS 9-1/2 FEET IN ORDER TO MEET THE |
| MINIMUM LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS. |
