 "LICENSE." USE OF THE WORD "CERTIFICATE" HAS NOT BEEN
 ACCCEPTABLE TO FBPE EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2006 PURSUANT
 TO A RULE CHANGE EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 5, 2004.
  
 2. FAC61G15-23.002(1), ENGINEER SHALL SIGN BY HAND THE
 LICENSEE'S HANDWRITTEN SIGNATURE (FACSIMILES ARE NOT
 ACCEPTABLE). IT APPEARS THAT THE SIGNATURE ON THE TWO
 SETS OF PLANS ARE PHOTOCOPIES.
  
 3. PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT'S RESISTANCE TO DESIGN
 PRESSURES, UPLIFT AND LATERAL, ARE NOT CLEAR. THE PLAN
 STATES THAT THE SOLAR UNITS ARE NOT COMPONENTS AND
 CLADDING, AND REFERS TO A WEBSITE. THE WEBSITE APPEARS
 TO SPECIFY COMPONENT AND CLADDING PRESSURES. PLEASE SEE
 FBC RESIDENTIAL 301.2.1.1.3 AS IT APPEARS THAT
 PRESSURES SHOULD BE DETERMINED USING ROOFTOP STRUCTURES
 METHOD IN ASCE7-10 CHAPTER 29 RATHER THAN COMPONENTS
 AND CLADDING ASCE7-10 CHAPTER 30. CALCULATIONS MAY BE
 REQUIRED.
  
 4. PLAN STATES THAT "COLLECTOR INSTALLATION STANDARD
 FLUSH W/ROOF" BUT ALSO STATES IN OTHER TEXT THAT THE
 COLLECTORS CAN BE TILTED. CLARIFY INSTALLATION METHOD
 AND AMOUNT OF TILT PERMITTED SO THAT COMPLIANCE WITH
 FBC RESIDENTIAL 301.2.1.1.3, LATERAL LOADS, CAN BE
 DETERMINED.
  
 5. ENGINEERING PROVIDED IS GENERIC. TO SHOW DEMONSTRATE
 CODE COMPLIANCE AND TO FACILITATE INSPECTIONS, PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
