 1) REPEAT COMMENT: THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED SIGN
 SHALL BE SHOWN IN THE CORRECT LOCATION ON A SITE PLAN
 OR THE SURVEY. THE SIGN SHALL BE DRAWN TO SCALE ON THE
 PLANS AND THE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM THE SIGN TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE SHALL BE SHOWN. - THE PLANS PROVIDED ARE
 NOT TO SCALE AND DO NOT PROVIDE ALL OF THE DIMENSIONS
 REQUIRED TO ANALYZE THE SIGN PLACEMENT. THE SIGN
 APPEARS TO BE IN THE DRIVE AISLE. WHEN DIMENSIONED OUT
 ON THE SURVEY FROM 1980, THE DRIVE AISLE IS LESS THAN
 20 FEET WIDE WITH THE SIGN AS PROPOSED.
  
 2) THE PROPOSED SIGN IS LOCATED IN THE MIDDLE OF WHAT
 THE 1980 SURVEY CALLS OUT AS A WALKWAY TO THE BUILDING.
 HOW WILL PEOPLE ACCESS THE SITE FROM THE PUBLIC
 SIDEWALK IF THE WALKWAY IS BLOCKED.
  
 3) A PERMIT APPLICATION FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF THE
 "WALKWAY" WITH A CURBED PLANTER AREA TO PROTECT FROM
 VEHICULAR ENCROACHMENT AND TO RECONFIGURE/RELOCATE ANY
 OF THE OTHER WALKWAY AREAS IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ZONING
 APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT.
  
 4) WHILE THE FULL MEASUREMENT OF THE EXISTING SIGN WAS
 NOT PROVIDED (AREA WHERE THE ADDRESS NUMBERS WAS NOT
 INCLUDED), THE MEASUREMENTS GIVEN ARE FOR A SIGN WITH
 150 TOTAL SQUARE FEET. THE MEASUREMENTS FOR THE NEW
 SIGN ARE 164 TOTAL SQUARE FEET. THE 314 SQUARE FEET OF
 SIGNAGE EXCEEDS THE ALLOWED 285 TOTAL SQUARE FEET OF
 SIGNAGE ALLOWED ON 45TH STREET.
  
 5) WHICH OF THE TWO WATER KELLY SIGN EXAMPLES IS
 PROPOSED FOR THE FINAL SIGN.
