 1, RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-408(D)(1)D, THE MAXIMUM
 NUMBER OF WALL-MOUNTED SIGNS FOR THE BUILDING IS THREE
 (3), WHICH ALREADY EXISTING. THE PROPOSED ADDITIONAL
 WALL SIGNAGE EXCEEDS THE ALLOWABLE SIGNAGE.
  
 NOTE: STAFF SPOKE TO BILL MURRAY, HOTEL MANAGER (561)
 472-7003 THIS AFTERNOON. HE WILL CHECK WITH OWNER TO
 REMOVE AN EXISTING SIGN IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A PERMIT FOR
 THE PROPOSED ONE. A RESUBMITTAL WILL FOLLOW, DEPENDING
 ON WHAT THE OWNER REQUESTS.
  
 IF AN AMENDMENT TO THE BUILDING PERMIT WILL BE
 SUBMITTED, PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
  
 3. PROVIDE THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF SIGNS THAT EXIST AND ARE
 PROPOSED FOR ALL FACADES OF THE EXISTING HOTEL ON SITE
 PLAN AND ELEVATIONS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 4. SINCE THIS PROPERTY IS PART OF THE COURTNEY LAKES
 RESIDENTIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ("RPD"), AN APPLICATION
 FOR A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE CPD SHOWING THE PROPOSED
 SIGNAGE WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE FILED TO THE PLANNING
 AND ZONING DIVISION AND APPROVED PRIOR TO THE BUILDING
 PERMIT BEING APPROVED. SEE

 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR REQUIREMENTS OF A MINOR PD
 AMENDMENT.
  
  
 THE FOLLOWING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING ITEMS
 SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE PLANS SUBMITTED:
  
 THE TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL SIGNAGE SHALL BE SHOWN
 ON A SITE DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR"). REFER TO THE ZLDR FOR
 SIGNAGE REGULATIONS, UNDER THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL (GC)
 ZONING DISTRICT.
