 1. THE MAIN GROUND SIGN IS SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM SETBACK
 OF 25 FEET FROM THE PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY LINES, PURSUANT
 TO THE CLASS B SPECIAL USE FINAL ORDER NO. 3254. IF THE
 GROUND SIGN DOES NOT MEET THE MINIMUM SETBACK
 REQUIREMENTS, THEN A WAIVER FROM THE CLASS B SPECIAL
 USE REQUIREMENT WILL HAVE TO BE APPROVED BY THE ZONING
 BOARD OF APPEALS, PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
 PERMIT FOR THE SIGNAGE.
 AN ISPR 11-06 WAS PREVIOUSLY APPROVED WITH A CONDITION
 NUMBER 5: PROVIDE A SITE PLAN SHOWING DIMENSIONS FROM
