 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. PROVIDE HEIGHT OF HOME TO THE TOP OF THE ROOFLINE.
 PURSUANT TO THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 ("ZLDR'), THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT ALLOWED IS 30 FEET.
  
 3. INDICATE SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED A/C
 EQUIPMENT TO ALL PROPERTY LINES. PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-305(B)(4) OF THE ZLDR: MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT
 PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
  
 4. A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT IS REQUIRED. PLEASE
 APPLY FOR A LANDSCAPE PERMIT THROUGH CONSTRUCTION
 SERVICES AND SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. A
 CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF
 ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO
 UNIT COST SHALL BE INCLUDED. IS THERE EXISTING
 LANDSCAPING (TREES ON SITE). A TREE SURVEY SHALL BE
 PROVIDED SHOWING EXISTING VS. PROPOSED LANDSCAPING FOR
 THE SITE.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 6. THE SURVEY SHOWS TWO PROPOSED WALLS AT EACH PROPERTY
 LINE. WHAT IS THE HEIGHT? PROVIDE ELEVATIONS AND
 INFORMATION ON PLANS. OTHERWISE, A SEPARATE PERMIT WILL
 BE REQUIRED, PRIOR TO BUILDING THE WALLS. REFER TO
 SECTION 94-302 FOR FENCES AND WALL HEIGHTS ALLOWED.
 WITHIN A FRONT SETBACK (25 FEET) A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 4
 FEET IS ALLOWED. ON THE SIDES AND REAR, A MAXIMUM OF A
 6-FOOT HEIGHT IS ALLOWED.
  
 POOL AND OTHER ACCESSORY STRUCTURES ARE NOT PART OF
 THIS PERMIT.
