 DENIED BY BUILDING
  
 1) THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN AN A5 FLOOD
 ZONE. THE MINIMUM FINISHED FLOOR ELEVATION IS 7.5 FEET
 B.F.E. PER CITY FLOOD ORDINANCE. PLEASE SPECIFY THE
 PROPOSED FLOOR ELEVATIONS ON THE PLANS. ELEVATION
 CERTIFICATES WILL BE REQUIRED.
  
 2) ON SHEETS A3 AND A4 THE WRONG EXPOSURE CATEGORY IS
 SPECIFIED. THE STRUCTURE IS LOCATED IN EXPOSURE
 CATEGORY C PER FBC R301.2.1.4.3. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 3) THE COMPONENT AND CLADDING PRESSURES WILL NEED TO BE
 INCREASED TO CORRESPOND WITH EXPOSURE C. FBC R301.2.1
  
 4) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A SITE DRAINAGE PLAN COMPLYING
 WITH FBC R401.3.
  
 5) THE ENERGY CALCULATION FORM SPECIFIES A VENTED ATTIC
 AND THE WALL SECTIONS ON SHEET D1 APPEAR TO SHOW AN
 UNVENTED ATTIC. PLEASE CLARIFY. IF ATTIC IS VENTED,
 SPECIFY THE ATTIC VENTILATION ON THE PLANS SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH FBC R806. IF IT IS UNVENTED, SUBMIT TWO
 COPIES OF THE MANUFACTURER'S PRODUCT EVALUATIONS FOR
 THE SPRAY FOAM INSULATION.
  
 6) FBC R613.6.1.1 REQUIRES WINDOW AND DOOR BUCKS TO BE
 THE FULL WIDTH OF THE FRAMES. PLEASE REVISE BUCK
 DETAILS.
  
 7) A 30" ROOF OVERHANG IS SPECIFIED ON THE
 ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS AND A 12" ONE IS SHOWN ON THE
 STRUCTURAL PLANS. PLEASE COORDINATE PROJECTION OF THE
 OVERHANG. CITY AMENDMENTS 106.1.1
  
 8) SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE 16'
 WIDE GARAGE DOOR AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9N-3. THE ONE
 SUBMITTED HAS A MAXIMUM WIDTH LIMITATION OF 9 FEET.
  
 9) PLEASE REVIEW THAT DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE PRODUCTS
 THAT WERE SUBMITTED TO VERIFY THAT THEY WILL MEET THE
 INCREASED DESIGN PRESSURE REQUIREMENTS FOR EXPOSURE
 CATEGORY C.
  
 10) THE PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE REQUIRED TO BE REVIEWED
 AND APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD FOR
 THE PROJECT. CITY AMENDMENTS 106.3.3
  
 11) THE OWNER/AGENT IS REQUIRED TO SIGN THE ENERGY
 CALCULATION FORMS. 2007 FBC ENERGY GLITCH AMENDMENTS
 N1100.2.2
  
 12) THE ENERGY CALCULATION FORM INCORRECTLY SPECIFIES
 3525 SQUARE FEET UNDER ATTIC. A PORTION OF THIS
 STRUCTURE IS TWO STORIES. THERE IS A TOTAL OF 3525 SQFT
 OF CONDITIONED AREA AND THE SECOND FLOOR IS 1244 SQFT.
