 PLEASE PROVIDE WRITTEN RESPONSES TO THE COMMENTS BELOW:
  
 1) OUTSTANDING ITEMS FROM RESOLUTION NO. 266-12 (WHICH
 WERE ALSO INCLUDED ON PREVIOUS ORDINANCE NO. 4318-11)
 APPROVED ON OCTOBER 29, 2012:
  
 A. TREE MITIGATION: PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A
 DEMOLITION OR SITE CLEARING PERMIT FOR ACTIVITY
 RELATING TO THE DEVELOPMENT APPROVED AS PART OF THE
 HULETT ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES CPD, THE APPLICANT SHALL:
  
 I. OBTAIN APPROVAL OF A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT FROM THE
 PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 II. PROVIDE A MITIGATION PLAN FOR THE 94 CALIPER INCHES
 OF EXISTING TREES THAT ARE BEING REMOVED AS PART OF THE
 DEVELOPMENT PLAN. THE TREE MITIGATION SHALL EITHER
 OCCUR ON-SITE OR OFF-SITE AND SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE
 PLANNING DIVISION AS PART OF THE TREE ALTERATION
 PERMIT.
  
 B. PREPARE A CONSTRUCTION SITE SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT
 PLAN FOR APPROVAL BY THE CITY'S POLICE DEPARTMENT CRIME
 PREVENTION THROUGH ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN (CPTED)
 OFFICIAL.
  
 I. THE APPLICANT, AFTER SITE CLEARING AND PLACEMENT OF
 CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS, SHALL INSTITUTE SECURITY
 MEASURES TO REDUCE OR ELIMINATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR
 THEFT. THE MANAGEMENT PLAN SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE
 LIMITED TO, TEMPORARY LIGHTING, SECURITY PERSONNEL,
 VEHICLE BARRIERS, CONSTRUCTION/VISITOR PASS,
 REDUCE/MINIMIZE ENTRY/EXIT POINTS, ENCOURAGE
 SUBCONTRACTORS TO SECURE MACHINERY AND TOOLS AT END OF
 WORK DAY, FENCING WITH SCREENING, AND/OR ANY OTHER
 MEASURE DEEMED APPROPRIATE TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND SECURE
 WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
  
 II. THE SECURITY MANAGEMENT PLAN SHALL BE MAINTAINED
 THROUGHOUT THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE OF THE PROJECT.
 NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE APPROVED PLAN SHALL RESULT IN A
 STOP-WORK ORDER FOR THE ENTIRE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT.
  
 III. "NO TRESPASSING" SIGNS SHALL BE POSTED EVERY 500
 FEET AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE CONSTRUCTION SITE.
  
 C. VERIFICATION THAT ALL OVERHEAD UTILITY LINES WITHIN
 THE SUBJECT PROPERTY SHALL BE BURIED AT THE TIME OF NEW
 CONSTRUCTION.
  
 2) ADDITIONAL OUTSTANDING ITEMS FROM RESOLUTION NO.
 266-12:
  
 A. BUILDING PERMIT: PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
 PERMIT FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION RELATING TO THE DEVELOPMENT
 APPROVED AS PART OF THE HULETT ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
 CPD, THE APPLICANT SHALL PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THE
 FOLLOWING ITEMS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED TO THE CITY'S
 ENGINEERING & PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT:
  
 I. SIGNED AND SEALED DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS AND A COPY
 OF THE SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT PERMIT.
  
 II. VERIFICATION OF THE PALM BEACH COUNTY WATER AND
 SANITARY SEWER APPROVALS.
  
 III. THE STORMWATER SYSTEM DESIGN.
  
 IV. A TRAFFIC PLAN DESIGN, INCLUDING ALL DRIVEWAY
 CONNECTIONS WEKIVA WAY FOR ALL ADJACENT BUSINESSES.
  
 V. FINAL ENGINEERING PLANS CONTAINING SECTIONS FOR THE
 PROPOSED PARKING LOT AND PAVING AND DRAINAGE DETAILS.
  
 3) THE SITE PLAN AND REGULATING PLAN ARE NOT THE
 APPROVED VERSIONS (APPROVED VERSIONS ARE DATED
 7/20/12).
  
 4 ) SHEET A1-1 NEEDS TO SHOW TWO (2) FEET FROM THE BACK
 OF THE WHEEL STOP TO THE END OF THE PARKING SPACE NOT
 1.5 FEET.
  
 5) PROVIDE A DRAWING THAT VERIFIES THAT THE ROOF TOP
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS SCREENED FOR VIEW BY THE
 PARAPET. THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT STAND IS OVER TWO (2)
 FEET TALL, EXCLUDING THE EQUIPMENT, AND NO INFORMATION
 IS PROVIDED ON THE PARAPET HEIGHT.
  
 6) THE FOLLOWING SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED:
  
 A. LANDSCAPE (LANDSCAPE PLAN SUBMITTED WAS NOT THE
 APPROVED LSP)
 B, AWNING
 C. SIGNAGE
 D. SITE LIGHTING (THE PHOTOMETRIC CALCULATIONS SHALL BE
 EXTENDED TO THE PROPERTY LINE TO VERIFY THAT THE
 LIGHTING DOES NOT EXCEED ONE FOOT CANDLE AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE, WHICH IS DOES ALONG THE EASTERN
 BOUNDARY)
 E. SITE CIVIL TO THE CITY'S ENGINEERING & PUBLIC WORKS
 DEPARTMENT PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PAVING, DRAINAGE AND
 GRADING PLAN INCLUDED WITH THIS SUBMITTAL IS NOT
 CORRECT. IT SHOWS ONE SPACE TOO MANY IN THE PARKING BAY
 ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ACCESS ROAD.
