 1. IMPACT FEES ASSESSMENT REQUIRED, 561-233-5025 FOR
 MORE INFORMATION.
  
 2. SHEET LS 1, PLEASE REVISE THE ALLOWABLE AREAS TO
 INCLUDE THE FORMULA FOR AREA INCREASE FBC 506.1 WITH
 ENOUGH INFORMATION TO CONFIRM ACCURACY.
  
 REVISE PLAN TO DESIGNATE THE VARIOUS TENANT SPACES AND
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION.
  
 SEE FBC 506.3, A 3X SPRINKLER INCREASE IS FOR BUILDINGS
 WITH ONE STORY ABOVE GRADE. AS THIS IS A THREE STORY
 BUILDING, IT APPEARS THAT A 2X INCREASE SHOULD BE USED.
  
 SEE FBC 506.2, PLAN STATES THAT A 100% FRONTAGE (OPEN
 AREA INCREASE) WAS USED TO DETERMINE AREA, BUT THE AREA
 SHOULD BE REVISED AS THE REAR DOES NOT HAVE 30' TO
 PROPERTY LINE AND DISTANCE TO PROPERTY LINE IS UNCLEAR
 ON THE NORTH SIDE (SEE FBC 506.2.2). THE FORMULA
 APPEARS TO ALLOW A 75% INCREASE IF THERE IS 30' OPEN
 AREA AROUND THE ENTIRE PERIMETER, NOT 100%.
  
 IF YOU CANNOT COMPLY WITH THE BUILDING AREA LIMITATION
 PER FBC TABLE 503 FOR THE WORST CASE (A3, 15,500 SF),
 THE FORMULA SHOULD BE WEIGHTED FOR THE VARIOUS
 OCCUPANCIES AND OCCUPANCY SEPARATION WILL BE REQUIRED
 IN ADDITION TO TENANT SEPARATION, SEE FBC 506.4.1.
