 1. COMMENTS FROM PREVIOUS CHECKLIST WERE PROPERLY
 ADDRESSED WITH EXCEPTION OF IMPACT FEES. NEW COMMENTS
 ARE BASED ON NEW INFORMATION PROVIDED.
  
 2. PROVISO ITEM, FBC EXISTING BUILDING, INTERIOR
 FINISHES (BOTH EXISTING AND NEW) TO COMPLY WITH FBC
 TABLE 803.5 FOR ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY.
  
 3. FBC EXISTING BUILDING 912.4.1, FBC 1008.1.9, EACH
 DOOR IN GROUP A WITH AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 50 OR MORE
 SHALL NOT BE PROVIDED WITH A LATCH OR LOCK UNLESS IT IS
 PANIC HARDWARE OR FIRE EXIT HARDWARE, SEE ALSO
 EXCEPTION FOR MAIN DOOR. PLEASE ADVISE, WHICH DOORS
 WILL BE ALTERED AND IF EXTERIOR EXIT DOORS ARE TO BE
 REPLACED, PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS AND NOTE ON PLAN.
  
 4. THE MAIN ENTRY IS NOT CLEAR. PLEASE PROVIDE
 INFORMATION REGARDING HOW OCCUPANTS WILL ENTER THIS
 SPACE, FBC 1008. IT APPEARS THAT THE AREA IN THE
 COVERED PARKING MARKED GRAND STAIR IS THE MAIN ENTRANCE
 TO BOTH THIS TENANT SPACE AS WELL AS THE ADJACENT
 SPACES.
  
 5. FBC EXISTING BUILDING 912.4.1, FBC 1008.1.2, DOORS
 ARE TO SWING IN THE DIRECTION OF TRAVEL WHERE THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD EXCEEDS 50. THE DOOR WHICH APPEARS TO BE
 THE MAIN ENTRY, DOOR 1 TO THE VALET, DOES NOT SWING IN
 THE DIRECTION OF EGRESS TRAVEL. THE NOTE WHICH STATES
 THAT THIS IS TO BE MARKED AS NOT AN EXIT IS NOTED;
 HOWEVER, IT APPEARS THAT THIS IS THE MAIN ENTRY FOR
 THIS PORTION OF THE BUILDING, AND OCCUPANTS TEND TO
 EXIT IN THE SAME MANNER IN WHICH THEY ENTERED.
  
 6. FBC EXISTING BUILDING 912.4.1, FBC 1025.2, WIDTH OF
 THE MAIN ENTRANCE IS TO ACCOMMODATE FIFTY PERCENT OF
 THE OCCUPANT LOAD. PLEASE NOTE THAT, IF DOOR 1 TO VALET
 AREA IS THE MAIN ENTRANCE, AND THE GRAND STAIR REWORKED
 BY EXTENDING THE LANDING, IT APPEARS THAT IT MAY BE
 POSSIBLE TO ADD EXIT DOORS TO THE LOBBY AREA TO
 INCREASE EXIT CAPACITY.
  
 7. FBC EXISTING BUILDING 912.4.1, FBC 1009, PLEASE
 PROVIDE STAIR WIDTHS. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT ANY STAIRS
 WHICH DO NOT SHOW RISER AND TREAD DIMENSIONS ARE IN
 COMPLIANCE. REGARDING THE STAIRS WHICH HAVE A 7.25 RISE
 RATHER THAN A 7 INCH RISE AS REQUIRED, THESE STAIRS MAY
 REMAIN IN USE. HOWEVER, PLEASE REWORK STAIRS WHICH SHOW
 A TREAD LESS THAN 11 INCHES.
  
 8. PROVIDE THE WIDTH FOR THE EXIT RAMPS, FBC EXISTING
 BUILDING 912.4.1, FBC 1010.
  
 9. PLEASE REVISE THE OCCUPANT LOAD FOR THE SOCCER
 FIELDS AND INCLUDE AN OCCUPANT LOAD FOR THE FUTURE
 BASKETBALL COURT. THE OCCUPANT LOAD SHOULD INCLUDE THE
 12 PLAYERS, SUPPORT PARTICIPANTS SUCH AS SUBSTITUTES,
 OFFICIALS, COACHES, AND A REASONABLE NUMBER OF
 SPECTATORS.
  
 10. FBC EXISTING BUILDING 912.4.1, ALL ELEMENTS IN THE
 MEANS OF EGRESS SUCH AS HANDRAILS, GUARDRAILS ARE TO
 COMPLY WITH FBC CHAPTER 10. IN LIEU OF REQUIRING
 DETAILS FOR EVERY EXISTING ELEMENT, THIS WILL BE A
 PROVISO ITEM.
  
 11. IMPACT FEES MAY BE DUE TO PALM BEACH COUNTY.
