 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES IN WRITING:
  
 A) REPEAT COMMENT: THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF THE SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL FOR THIS BUILDING HAVE NOT BEEN
 SATISFIED:
  
 1) PRIOR TO THE SUBMITTAL FOR A BUILDING PERMIT, THE
 APPLICANT SHALL PREPARE A CONSTRUCTION SITE SECURITY
 AND MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR APPROVAL BY THE CITY'S POLICE
 DEPARTMENT CRIME PREVENTION THROUGH ENVIRONMENTAL
 DESIGN ("CPTED") OFFICIAL.
  
 A) THE APPLICANT, AFTER SITE CLEARING AND PLACEMENT OF
 CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS, SHALL INSTITUTE SECURITY
 MEASURES TO REDUCE OR ELIMINATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR
 THEFT. THE MANAGEMENT PLAN SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT TO BE
 LIMITED TO, TEMPORARY LIGHTING, SECURITY PERSONNEL,
 VEHICLE BARRIERS, CONSTRUCTION/VISITOR PASS,
 REDUCE/MINIMIZE ENTRY/EXIT POINTS, ENCOURAGE
 SUB-CONTRACTORS TO SECURE MACHINERY AND TOOLS AT END OF
 WORK DAY AND/OR ANY OTHER MEASURE DEEMED APPROPRIATE TO
 PROVIDE A SAFE AND SECURE WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
  
 B) THE SECURITY MANAGEMENT PLAN SHALL BE MAINTAINED
 THROUGHOUT THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE OF THE PROJECT.
 NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE APPROVED PLAN SHALL RESULT IN A
 STOP-WORK ORDER FOR THE ENTIRE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT.
  
 B) REPEAT COMMENT: PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT, A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND SITE PERMIT, TO
 INCLUDE THE PARKING STRIPING, SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 BUILDING DIVISION.
  
 C) REPEAT COMMENT: THE CHANGES TO THE KARLAN BUILDING
 FOR THE SERVICE CANOPIES (SHEET SC101) AND OTHER MINOR
 SITE CHANGES REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR SITE PLAN
 AMENDMENT FOR THE CHANGES TO THE LAYOUT OF THE SITE. A
 REVISED LANDSCAPE PLAN, SHOWING THE RELOCATION OF THE
 TREES WITHIN THE LIMITS OF WORK IS ALSO REQUIRED AS
 PART OF THE MINOR AMENDMENT. UPDATE - A MINOR AMENDMET
 HAS BEEN SUBMITTED BUT IT IS NOT SUFFICIENT.
  
 D) SHEET L102 DOES NOT SHOW THE LATEST SITE DATA TABLES
 (SPECIFICALLY THE BUILDING DATA TABLE). IT APPEARS THAT
 IT IS BASED ON AN OLDER PLAN.
  
 E) THE PARKING DETAILS ON SHEET L 104 DO NOT MATCH THE
 PARKING SPACES SHOWN ON THE CIVIL DRAWINGS (BOTH
 DETAILS AND PLANS).
  
 F) REPEAT COMMENT SHOW THE ROOFTOP MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT
 ON THE ELEVATIONS TO SHOW HOW IT WILL BE SCREENED. THE
 A/C UNITS ON TOP OF THE CURBS APPEAR TO BE 5 FEET HIGH,
 WITH A LOWER PARAPET. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THE
 COOLING TOWERS, WHICH ARE SHOWN AS SCREENED.
  
 G) REPEAT COMMENT - THE APPROVED ELEVATIONS OF THE
 GENERATOR BUILDING DID NOT INCLUDE GRILLS FOR THE VENTS
 FACING MILITARY TRAIL. THE WALL AND LANDSCAPE DO NOT
 PROVIDE ADEQUATE BUFFER FOR THE PROPOSED ELEVATION.
  
 H) THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS SHALL BE SUPPLIED TO THE
 PLANNING DIVISION TO SECURE AN APPROVED TREE ALTERATION
 PERMIT.
  
 I) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR LANDSCAPE, PARKING
 STRIPING, FENCING, SITE/LANDSCAPE LIGHTING AND SIGNAGE.
