 PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES IN WRITING:
  
 A) THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS OF THE SITE PLAN APPROVAL
 FOR THIS BUILDING HAVE NOT BEEN SATISFIED:
  
 1) PRIOR TO THE SUBMITTAL FOR A BUILDING PERMIT, THE
 APPLICANT SHALL:
  
 A. SECURE AN APPROVED TREE ALTERATION PERMIT FROM THE
 PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 B. PREPARE A CONSTRUCTION SITE SECURITY AND MANAGEMENT
 PLAN FOR APPROVAL BY THE CITY'S POLICE DEPARTMENT CRIME
 PREVENTION THROUGH ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN ("CPTED")
 OFFICIAL.
  
 I) THE APPLICANT, AFTER SITE CLEARING AND PLACEMENT OF
 CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS, SHALL INSTITUTE SECURITY
 MEASURES TO REDUCE OR ELIMINATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR
 THEFT. THE MANAGEMENT PLAN SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT TO BE
 LIMITED TO, TEMPORARY LIGHTING, SECURITY PERSONNEL,
 VEHICLE BARRIERS, CONSTRUCTION/VISITOR PASS,
 REDUCE/MINIMIZE ENTRY/EXIT POINTS, ENCOURAGE
 SUB-CONTRACTORS TO SECURE MACHINERY AND TOOLS AT END OF
 WORK DAY AND/OR ANY OTHER MEASURE DEEMED APPROPRIATE TO
 PROVIDE A SAFE AND SECURE WORKING ENVIRONMENT.
  
 II) THE SECURITY MANAGEMENT PLAN SHALL BE MAINTAINED
 THROUGHOUT THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE OF THE PROJECT.
 NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE APPROVED PLAN SHALL RESULT IN A
 STOP-WORK ORDER FOR THE ENTIRE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT.
  
 2) THE APPLICANT SHALL SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING ITEMS AT
 THE TIME OF BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION:
  
 A. A COPY OF THE PERMIT MODIFICATION FROM THE SOUTH
 FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT AND NORTHERN PALM
 BEACH COUNTY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT AND SIGNED AND SEALED
 DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS TO THE ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT.
  
 B) PRIOR TO ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS PERMIT, A SEPARATE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND SITE PERMIT, TO INCLUDE THE
 PARKING STRIPING, SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE BUILDING
 DIVISION.
  
 C) THE CHANGES TO THE KAPLAN BUILDING FOR THE SERVICE
 CANOPIES (SHEET SC101) REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR
 SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR THE CHANGES TO THE LAYOUT OF
 THE SITE. A REVISED LANDSCAPE PLAN, SHOWING THE
 RELOCATION OF THE TREES WITHIN THE LIMITS OF WORK IS
 ALSO REQUIRED AS PART OF THE MINOR AMENDMENT.
  
 D) THE SURVEY PROVIDED DOES NOT COVER THE ENTIRE WORK
 AREA FOR THE KAPLAN BUILDING CANOPIES.
  
 E) THE PLANS HAVE BEEN CHANGED FROM THE APPROVED PLANS
 AS FOLLOWS AND REQUIRE THE APPROVAL OF A MINOR SITE
 PLAN AMENDMENT:
  
 A. THE ENTRY DRIVE HAS BEEN WIDENED BY 5 FEET,
 RESULTING IN A REDUCTION IN THE TERMINAL ISLAND SIZE.
  
 B. THE ENTRY MEDIAN INCREASED FROM 189 TO 195 FEET.
 PLEASE VERIFY THAT THE TURNING RADII STILL WORK INTO
 THE SITE.
  
 F) THE PLANS STATE THAT THE CIVIL PLANS ARE BEING USED
 FOR CONSTRUCTION; THEREFORE THE BICYCLE RACK DIMENSIONS
 SHALL BE SHOWN ON SHEET C-7 AND A BICYCLE RACK DETAIL
 SHALL BE PROVIDED (AS SHOWN ON SHEET L104).
  
 G) THE NEW PARKING AREAS AT THE SOUTH END OF THE SITE
 STATE THAT WHEEL STOPS WILL BE USED WITH THE 2 FOOT
 OVERHANG. THIS IS NOT PERMITTED, AS THEY WILL NOT STAY
 IN PLACE. A D-CURB IS REQUIRED. THE PARKING DETAIL
 SHOWS THIS CONDITION AS WELL AND SHALL BE AMENDED.
 NOTE: THE ADA SPACES OVERHANG PAVING AND THUS MAY
 REMAIN AS SHOWN ON THE DETAIL.
  
 H) SHOW THE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT ON THE ELEVATIONS TO
 SHOW HOW IT WILL BE SCREENED. THE A/C UNITS ON TOP OF
 THE CURBS APPEAR TO BE 5 FEET HIGH, WITH A LOWER
 PARAPET. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THE COOLING TOWERS,
 WHICH ARE SHOWN AS SCREENED.
  
 I) THE APPROVED ELEVATIONS OF THE GENERATOR BUILDING
 DID NOT INCLUDE GRILLS FOR THE VENTS FACING MILITARY
 TRAIL. THE WALL AND LANDSCAPE DO NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE
 BUFFER FOR THE PROPOSED ELEVATION.
  
 J) SEPARATE PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FOR FENCING,
 SITE/LANDSCAPE LIGHTING AND SIGNAGE.
