 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS.
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR ALL NEW FENCING THAT IS
 BEING PROPOSED (CHAIN LINK AND WOOD). THE PLANS AND/OR
 DETAIL SHALL CLEARLY INDICATE THE HEIGHTS OF ALL
 FENCES. NO DETAIL REFERENCES WERE FOUND?ARE YOU USING
 THE DETAILS SHOWN ON SHEET A-152?
  
 2. THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL CONTAIN THE
 FOLLOWING:
 A. LOCATION, HEIGHT AND INTENSITY OF ALL OUTDOOR
 ILLUMINATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEET A-101 DOES NOT
 MATCH THE ELECTRICAL SITE PLAN, AND NO LIGHTING IS
 SHOWN ON THE SITE/LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 3. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444, THE EXISTING A/C AREA,
 SOUTH OF THE EXISTING BUILDING, SHALL BE SCREENED.
 SCREENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE
 CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY
 DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. SHRUBS OR HEDGES SHALL BE
 PLANTED AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE ENCLOSURE AT 2-FOOT
 INTERVALS. PLEASE NOTE THAT AS THE PROJECT EXCEEDS 50
 PERCENT OF THE VALUE OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE, THE
 SITE SHALL BE BROUGHT INTO COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV
 OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 (ZLDRS), INCLUDING SCREENING OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT.
  
 4. LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL PROVIDE A TABULATION TABLE
 INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDRS.
 A. A MINIMUM OF 30 POINTS SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE XERISCAPE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 94-442(G) OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS. NO XERISCAPE TABLE WAS
 SHOWN.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE THE PERCENTAGE OF THE EXISTING AND
 PROPOSED BUILDING FOUNDATIONS THAT ARE PLANTED WITH
 SHRUBS/HEDGES.
  
 6. FINAL ORDER FOR ZBA CASE NO. 3258 REQUIRED THE
 FOLLOWING ITEMS PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
 PERMIT:
 A. ALL NECESSARY APPROVALS TO ACCOMMODATE ANY DRAINAGE
 THAT MAY BE REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THE LEASE AREA.
  
 7. LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE
 PERMIT APPLICATION AND SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A
 CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE.
  
 8. ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS SHALL BE IRRIGATED. IRRIGATION
 PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT
 APPLICATION AND SHALL CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS.
