 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE NUMBER OF THE
 COMMENTS REMAINS FROM THE PREVIOUS PLANS REVIEW, AND
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS/INFORMATION IS SHOWN IN ALL CAPS.
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444(B) OF THE CITY'S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), GENERATORS
 AND OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT (I.E. HVAC, ETC.) SHALL
 BE COMPLETELY SCREENED FROM VIEW. SCREENING SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER
 DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND
 STEEL. SHRUBS OR HEDGES SHALL BE PLANTED AROUND THE
 PERIMETER OF THE ENCLOSURE AT 2-FOOT INTERVALS. THE
 PLANS REFERENCE A SLAT DETAIL, AND IT IS UNCLEAR ON THE
 PLANS WHAT IS WOOD FENCE VS. CHAIN LINK FENCE, ETC.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT FENCING SURROUNDING MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT CONSIST OF CHAIN LINK FENCING WITH
 SLATS; IT SHALL BE A PERMANENT OPAQUE FENCE (I.E. WOOD,
 PVC, ETC.).
  
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR ALL NEW FENCING THAT IS
 BEING PROPOSED (CHAIN LINK AND WOOD). THE PLANS AND/OR
 DETAIL SHALL CLEARLY INDICATE THE HEIGHTS OF ALL
 FENCES. PLANS ARE UNCLEAR. SHEET SP-1 REFERENCES SHEET
 A-157, WHICH IS INCORRECT.
  
 10. A DETAILED AND ACCURATE SITE PLAN SHALL BE
 PROVIDED. SHEET A-101 DOES NOT PROVIDE ENOUGH
 INFORMATION TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY'S
 ZLDRS. THE SITE PLAN SHALL CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING:
 I. LOCATION, HEIGHT AND INTENSITY OF ALL OUTDOOR
 ILLUMINATION. PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEET A-101 DOES NOT
 MATCH THE ELECTRICAL SITE PLAN, AND NO LIGHTING IS
 SHOWN ON THE SITE/LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 11. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444, THE EXISTING A/C AREA,
 SOUTH OF THE EXISTING BUILDING, SHALL BE SCREENED.
 SCREENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE
 CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY
 DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. SHRUBS OR HEDGES SHALL BE

 OF THE CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS
 (ZLDRS), INCLUDING SCREENING OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT.
  
 12. THE SITE PLAN ON SHEET A-101 DOES NOT MATCH THE
 CIVIL OR LANDSCAPE DRAWINGS WITH REGARD TO THE PROPOSE
 IMPROVEMENTS. SOME EXAMPLES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT
 LIMITED TO:
 A. CIVIL PLANS INDICATE THAT ONE OF THE OF THE EXISTING
 ALUMINUM BUILDING SOUTH OF THE EXISTING BUILDING IS
 BEING REMOVED; HOWEVER, THE SITE PLAN ON SHEET A-101
 SHOWS ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS TO REMAIN. THIS BUILDING
 ALSO I NOT SHOWN ON THE SURVEY?IS IT PROPOSED? IF SO,
 ALL CALCULATIONS SHALL INCLUDE THIS AS ADDITIONAL
 SQUARE FOOTAGE AND PARKING, ETC. WILL NEED TO BE
 ACCOUNTED FOR.
  
 13. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE CIVIL PLANS.
 SOME EXAMPLES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
 A. CIVIL PLANS INDICATE THAT ONE OF THE OF THE EXISTING
 ALUMINUM BUILDING SOUTH OF THE EXISTING BUILDING IS
 BEING REMOVED; HOWEVER, THE LANDSCAPE PLAN ON SHEET LP1
 SHOWS ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS TO REMAIN. SEE COMMENT
 #12A.
  
 14. ADDITIONAL AREAS OF CONFLICT BETWEEN THE PLANS
 INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
 F. LANDSCAPE PLANS DO NOT SHOW ANY SIDEWALK, ETC.
 LEADING TO THE EASTERN-MOST ALUMINUM PORTABLE BUILDING
 AND THE SITE PLAN IS UNCLEAR.
  
 ALL PLANS NEED TO BE CONSISTENT AND REFLECT THE SAME
 SCOPE OF WORK. THERE ARE NUMEROUS INCONSISTENCIES
 BETWEEN THE SITE PLAN, LANDSCAPE PLAN, CIVIL PLANS,
 ETC.
  
 17. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(3) OF THE CITY'S
 ZLDRS, INTERMEDIATE ISLANDS SHALL CONTAIN A SHADE OR
 FLOWERING TREE. NO PLANTINGS ARE SHOWN IN THE ISLANDS
 NEAR THE COVERED ENTRY ON WEST SIDE OF EXISTING
 BUILDING. IT HAS BEEN DISCUSSED THAT THE SOUTHERN MOST
 PARKING SPACE IN THIS ROW COULD BE REMOVED TO
 ACCOMMODATE A SUFFICIENT LANDSCAPE ISLAND, OR PLANTING
 ARES NEED TO BE CUT INTO THE EXISTING CONCRETE LOCATED
 IN FRONT OF THE ENTRY.
  
 18. LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL PROVIDE A TABULATION TABLE
 INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDRS.
 THE ENTIRE LEASE AREA SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL OF THE
 PROVISIONS CONTAINED WITHIN ARTICLE XIV. ALL
 CALCULATIONS SHALL BE DONE BASED UPON THE ENTIRE LEASE
 AREA.
 A. ONE SHADE TREE SHALL BE PANTED FOR EVERY 1600 SQUARE
 FEET OPEN SPACE.
 B. ONE FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EVERY 6400
 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE.
 C. ONE SHRUB SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 500 SQUARE FEET
 OF OPEN SPACE.
 D. A MINIMUM OF 30 POINTS SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE XERISCAPE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 94-442(G) OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS.
  
 21. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS THE
 ENTIRE SITE AND THAT ALL CALCULATIONS ARE BASED UPON
 THE ENTIRE LEASE AREA. SEE COMMENT #18.
  
 23. PLEASE PROVIDE THE PERCENTAGE OF THE EXISTING AND
 PROPOSED BUILDING FOUNDATIONS THAT ARE PLANTED WITH
 SHRUBS/HEDGES. SEE COMMENT #18.
  
 27. FINAL ORDER FOR ZBA CASE NO. 3258 REQUIRED THE
 FOLLOWING ITEMS PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
 PERMIT:
 A. ALL NECESSARY APPROVALS TO ACCOMMODATE ANY DRAINAGE
 THAT MAY BE REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THE LEASE AREA.
  
 29. LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE
 PERMIT APPLICATION AND SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A
 CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE.
  
 30. ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS SHALL BE IRRIGATED. IRRIGATION
 PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT
 APPLICATION AND SHALL CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS.
