| AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS), GENERATORS |
| AND OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT (I.E. HVAC, ETC.) SHALL |
| BE COMPLETELY SCREENED FROM VIEW. SCREENING SHALL BE |
| CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER |
| DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND |
| STEEL. SHRUBS OR HEDGES SHALL BE PLANTED AROUND THE |
| PERIMETER OF THE ENCLOSURE AT 2-FOOT INTERVALS. THE |
| PLANS REFERENCE A SLAT DETAIL, AND IT IS UNCLEAR ON THE |
| PLANS WHAT IS WOOD FENCE VS. CHAIN LINK FENCE, ETC. |
| PLEASE NOTE THAT FENCING SURROUNDING MECHANICAL |
| EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT CONSIST OF CHAIN LINK FENCING WITH |
| SLATS; IT SHALL BE A PERMANENT OPAQUE FENCE (I.E. WOOD, |
| PVC, ETC.). |

| 6. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR ALL NEW FENCING THAT IS |
| BEING PROPOSED (CHAIN LINK AND WOOD). THE PLANS AND/OR |
