 1. SHEET 2 OF 9 ? PAVING AND DRAINAGE PLAN AND SHEET
 LP-1 SHOW THE INSTALLATION OF A GENERATOR PAD IN THE
 SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE EXISTING BUILDING.
 ADDITIONALLY, A GENERATOR IS SHOWN TO THE EAST OF THE
 PROPOSED ADDITION. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444(B) OF THE
 CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS),
 GENERATORS SHALL BE COMPLETELY SCREENED FROM VIEW.
 SCREENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE
 CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY
 DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. SHRUBS OR HEDGES SHALL BE
 PLANTED AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE ENCLOSURE AT 2-FOOT
 INTERVALS.
  
 2. PAVING OF DIRT ROAD TO ACCESS REAR PARKING LOT?
  
 3. ACCORDING THE PLANS, THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURES ARE
 BEING PLACED IMMEDIATELY WEST OF THE EXISTING STORAGE
 BUILDING, WITH LANDSCAPING BEHIND. WITH THE PROXIMITY
 OF THE ENCLOSURE TO THIS EXISTING BUILDING, WILL CREWS
 BE ABLE TO MAINTAIN THE SHURBS, ETC. BEHIND THE
 ENCLOSURE?
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444(B) OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS,
 THE ALL MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT IS TO BE SCREENED FROM
 VIEW. HVAC EQUIPMENT, ETC. IS SHOWN TO THE EAST OF THE
 PROPOSED ADDITION NEAR THE LOADING SPACE. SCREENING
 SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE,
 OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD
 AND STEEL. SHRUBS OR HEDGES SHALL BE PLANTED AROUND THE
 PERIMETER OF THE ENCLOSURE AT 2-FOOT INTERVALS.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE PROPOSED BIKE RACK.
  
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL FOR ALL NEW FENCING THAT IS
 BEING PROPOSED (CHAIN LINK AND WOOD). THE PLANS AND/OR

 7. PLEASE PROVIDE A DETAIL OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE

 C. THE OUTLINES OF ALL BUILDINGS SHOWING THEIR PROPOSED

 LIMITED TO:
 A. CIVIL PLANS INDICATE THAT ONE OF THE OF THE EXISTING
 ALUMINUM BUILDING SOUTH OF THE EXISTING BUILDING IS
 BEING REMOVED; HOWEVER, THE SITE PLAN ON SHEET A-101
 SHOWS ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS TO REMAIN.
 B. THE PARKING LOT CONFIGURATION, DUMPSTER LOCATIONS,
 SIDEWALK CONFIGURATIONS, ETC. SHOWN ON THE SHEET A-101

 D. SHEET A-101 SHOWS A NEW COVERED WOOD DECK SOUTH OF
 THE NEW ADDITION WITH RAMP, ETC. THIS IS NOT SHOWN ON
 ANY OTHER PLANS.
 E. THE FOOTPRINT OF THE BUILDING SHOWN ON SHEET A-101
 DOES NOT MATCH THE OTHER PLANS.
  
 13. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE CIVIL PLANS.
 SOME EXAMPLES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
 A. CIVIL PLANS INDICATE THAT ONE OF THE OF THE EXISTING
 ALUMINUM BUILDING SOUTH OF THE EXISTING BUILDING IS

 OTHER PLANS SHOW THAT IT IS BEING RELOCATED. PLEASE
 ENSURE THAT ALL PLANS ARE CONSISTENT.
 B. DEMOLITION PLANS SHOW AN EXISTING CONCRETE DECK
 REMAINING ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE EXISTING STRUCTURE,
 THIS IS NOT SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.
 C. DEMOLITION PLANS SHOW THE EXISTING WOOD DECK AND
 ALUMINUM STAIRS ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE EXISTING
 BUILDING AS TO REMAIN WITH THE ADDITION OF A NEW DECK;
 HOWEVER OTHER PLANS SHOW THIS BEING REMOVED.
 D. DEMOLITION PLANS AND THE SITE PLAN SHOW THE 2 SETS
 OF CONCRETE STAIRS ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE EXISTING
 BUILDING AS TO BE DEMOLISHED. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SHOW
 THESE STAIRS REMAINING AS-IS.
 E. DEMOLITION PLANS SHOW AN EXISTING WOOD FENCE NEAR
 THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE BUILDING AS REMAINING, THIS
 FENCE IS NOT SHOWN ON ANY OF THE OTHER PLANS (I.E.
 LANDSCAPE PLANS).
 F. LANDSCAPE PLANS DO NOT SHOW ANY SIDEWALK, ETC.
 LEADING TO THE EASTERN-MOST ALUMINUM PORTABLE BUILDING
 AND THE SITE PLAN IS UNCLEAR.
  
 ALL PLANS NEED TO BE CONSISTENT AND REFLECT THE SAME
 SCOPE OF WORK. THERE ARE NUMEROUS INCONSISTENCIES
 BETWEEN THE SITE PLAN, LANDSCAPE PLAN, CIVIL PLANS,
 ETC.
  
 15. LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS THE ADDITION CONSISTING OF
 12,000 SQUARE FEET, HOWEVER THE PERMIT APPLICATION
 REFERENCES AN ADDITION OF 6,000 SQUARE FEET.
  
 16. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(3) OF THE CITY'S
 ZLDRS, EACH TERMINAL ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN A SHADE OR
 FLOWERING TREE. IN THE NORTHERN PARKING LOT, NO TREE IS
 SHOWN AT THE SOUTH END OF THE EASTERN ROW OF PARKING.
 ADDITIONALLY, NO PLANTING ARE SHOWN IN THE TERMINAL
 ISLAND IN THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTH PARKING
 LOT.
  
 17. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(C)(3) OF THE CITY'S
 ZLDRS, INTERMEDIATE ISLANDS SHALL CONTAIN A SHADE OR
 FLOWERING TREE. NO PLANTINGS ARE SHOWN IN THE ISLANDS
 NEAR THE COVERED ENTRY ON WEST SIDE OF EXISTING
 BUILDING.
  
 18. LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL PROVIDE A TABULATION TABLE
 INDICATING COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDRS.
 THE ENTIRE LEASE AREA SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL OF THE
 PROVISIONS CONTAINED WITHIN ARTICLE XIV.
 A. ONE SHADE TREE SHALL BE PANTED FOR EVERY 1600 SQUARE
 FEET OPEN SPACE.
 B. ONE FLOWERING TREE SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EVERY 6400
 SQUARE FEET OF OPEN SPACE.
 C. ONE SHRUB SHALL BE PLANTED FOR EACH 500 SQUARE FEET
 OF OPEN SPACE.
 D. A MINIMUM OF 30 POINTS SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE XERISCAPE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 94-442(G) OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS.
  
 19. PLEASE CONSIDER RECONFIGURING THE FENCING AROUND
 THE EXISTING EDUCATION OFFICES, SOUTH PARKING LOT, ETC.
 I BELIEVE THERE ARE ALTERNATIVE LOCATIONS FOR THE FENCE
 THAT WOULD BE JUST AS SECURE, WHILE PROVIDE FOR A MORE
 AESTHETIC LOOK.
  
 20. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS AN EXISTING FENCE CROSSING
 THE INGRESS/EGRESS DRIVE INTO THE SOUTH PARKING LOT. IS
 THIS GOING TO BE REPLACED WITH A GATE? IF SO, PLEASE
 PROVIDE DETAIL AS TO THE PROPOSED GATE?IS IT SLIDING?
  
 21. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS THE
 ENTIRE SITE AND THAT ALL CALCULATIONS ARE BASED UPON
 THE ENTIRE LEASE AREA.
  
 22. AT THE ONE-WAY EGRESS FROM THE NORTH PARKING LOT
 (ADJACENT TO EXISTING STORAGE)?HOW IS THIS GOING TO BE
 SIGNED, ETC.? IT NEEDS TO BE CLEAR THAT THIS IS AN EXIT
 ONLY AND THAT THERE IS NO ENTRANCE FROM THE EXISTING
 DIRT ROAD.
  
 23. PLEASE PROVIDE THE PERCENTAGE OF THE EXISTING AND
 PROPOSED BUILDING FOUNDATIONS THAT ARE PLANTED WITH
 SHRUBS/HEDGES.
  
 24. THE DEMOLITION PLANS SHOW THE PROPANE TANK
 REMAINING, WHILE OTHER PLANS SHOW THAT IT IS BEING
 RELOCATED. PLEASE CLARIFY. PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-444(B) OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS, THE PROPANE TANK SHALL
 BE COMPLETELY SCREENED FROM VIEW. SCREENING SHALL BE
 CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER
 DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND
 STEEL. SHRUBS OR HEDGES SHALL BE PLANTED AROUND THE
 PERIMETER OF THE ENCLOSURE AT 2-FOOT INTERVALS.
  
 25. ON SHEET A-101, YOU REFERENCES TO DETAILS ON SHEET
 A-151 ARE INCORRECT. THE DETAIL NUMBERS ARE INCORRECT.
  
 26. SHEET A-101 SHOWS A CHAIN LINK FENCE CROSSING THE
 ACCESS TO THE LOADING AREA; THIS IS NOT SHOWN ON THE
 OTHER PLANS. THIS SHOULD BE A SOLID FENCE TO ENCLOSE
 THE LOADING AREA, MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, GENERATOR, ETC.
 THE PLANS APPROVED BY THE ZBA INCLUDED A DECORATIVE PVC
 FENCE AND GATE.
  
 27. FINAL ORDER FOR ZBA CASE NO. 3258 REQUIRED THE
 FOLLOWING ITEMS PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
 PERMIT:
 A. ALL NECESSARY APPROVALS TO ACCOMMODATE ANY DRAINAGE
 THAT MAY BE REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THE LEASE AREA.
 B. WAIVERS AND EASEMENT RELEASES FROM ALL APPLICABLE
 UTILITY COMPANIES (I.E. FPL) TO CONSTRUCT IMPROVEMENTS
 WITHIN THEIR EASEMENTS. IF SUCH APPROVALS ARE NOT
 GRANTED, THE SITE PLANS SHALL BE ADJUSTED ACCORDINGLY.
 TREES, FENCING, ETC. ARE PROPOSED WITHIN THESE
 EASEMENTS AND SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE EASEMENT
 HOLDERS. ADDITIONALLY, SOME OF FPL'S EQUIPMENT WILL BE
 ENCLOSED WITHIN A FENCE?IS THIS ACCEPTABLE TO FPL?
  
 28. PLEASE PROVIDE EVIDENCE THAT THE BUILD-OUT DATE FOR
 THE PALM BEACH COUNTY TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY APPROVAL HAS
 BEEN EXTENDED AND IS STILL VALID. THE ORIGINAL APPROVAL
 EXPIRED ON DECEMBER 31, 2011.
  
 29. LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE
 PERMIT APPLICATION AND SHALL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A
 CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE.
  
 30. ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS SHALL BE IRRIGATED. IRRIGATION
 PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED UNDER A SEPARATE PERMIT
 APPLICATION AND SHALL CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS.
  
 31. THERE ARE SEVERAL AREAS WHERE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING
 IS LOCATED ON TOP OF, OR IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO
 DRAINAGE PIPES ASSOCIATED WITH THE STORM WATER SYSTEM.
 PLEASE INDICATE IF THIS CAUSES ANY ISSUES.
  
 32. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443(B) OF THE CITY'S ZLDRS,
 NONRESIDENTIAL USES SHALL BE BUFFERED WHEN ADJACENT TO
 A PUBLIC THOROUGHFARE BY A LANDSCAPE AREA OF NOT LESS
 THAN 5 FEET IN WIDTH. THE BUFFER SHALL NOT BE
 INTERRUPTED BY MORE THAN 25 PERCENT OF ITS LENGTH BY
 ACCESS DRIVES, ETC. AND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST 1 SHADE
 OR FLOWERING TREE FOR EACH 30 LINEAR FEET.
