 9) 106.3.3 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
