| DUTY TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE FEATURES IN THE EVENT OF |
| DISPROPORTIONALITY. |

| THE TUB AND THE DISTANCE AWAY FROM THE FINISHED WALL TO |
| THE CENTERLINE OF THE WATER CLOSET, IT APPEARS THE |
| CENTERLINE DISTANCE WILL NOT BE CLOSE TO THE REQUIRED |
