2012-01-13 14:19:12INITIALLY, I CHECKED WITH JOHN ROACH TO FIND OUT IF
 THERE WERE ANY ADDITIONAL DEMOLITIONS IN THE AREA, BUT
 IT WAS NOT DEFINITIVE. THEREFORE, I DECIDED TO PROCEED
 WITH ADDRESSING IT BASED ON THE CURRENT LAYOUT. IN
 ADDRESSING, THE FRONTAGE OF A STRUCTURE IS USUALLY
 GIVEN MORE WEIGHT. DESPITE THE FACT THAT THIS BUILDING
 (WITH NINE RESIDENTIAL UNITS) APPEARED TO BE FACING
 DOUGLASS AVE, MORE PRIORITY WAS GIVEN TO ITS DRIVEWAY
 ACCESS, WHICH WAS EXCLUSIVELY OFF N TAMARIND AVE (DUE
 TO EMERGENCY SERVICES CONCERNS). I DECIDED NOT TO REUSE
 ADDRESSES THAT PREVIOUSLY REFERENCED DEMOLISHED
 STRUCTURES AT THIS LOCATION (RETIRED/DEACTIVATED
 ADDRESSES), SO I ASSIGNED NEW ADDRESSES OF 1860 N
 TAMARIND AVE # 1-9 (UNITS GOING FROM SOUTH TO NORTH)
 FOR THIS BUILDING. I OBTAINED A DIGITAL SITE PLAN FROM
 THE ARCHITECT, DAVID LAWERENCE, THEN I PROCEEDED WITH
 SENDING OUT THE OFFICIAL E-MAIL NOTIFICATION. I HAVE
 RETURNED THE PLANS & DOCUMENTS BACK DOWNSTAIRS.
