| EXISTING BUILDING. THE PROPOSED WALL CROSSES THIS |
| EASEMENT. AS PROVIDED AT THE PLANS AND PLATS REVIEW |
| COMMITTEE (PPRC), A RELEASE WILL NEED TO BE PROVIDED |
| FROM FPL INDICATING THAT THEY HAVE NO OBJECTION TO THE |
| WALL BEING LOCATED WITHIN THEIR EASEMENT. |
| 4. WALL NEEDS TO BE SIX (6) FEET IN HEIGHT IF THIS IS |
| FOR THE PURPOSE OF OBTAINING A 4COP ALCOHOL LICENSE. |
