 FOR THE PARKING AREA. PLEASE RELOCATE THE FENCE TO
 ALLOW VEHICULAR ACCESS. ADDITIONALLY, THE THREE
 PARALLEL PARKING SPACES IN THIS AREA MUST BE STRIPED.
  
 THE FENCING CANNOT BE PLACED IN THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER
 AREA OR IN THE VEHICLE OVERHANG AREA.
  
 FENCES PLACED IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING FACADE ALONG
 BROADWAY CANNOT EXCEED 42 INCHES IN HEIGHT. IF THE
 FENCE IS BUILT IN LINE WITH THE BUILDING FACADE, IT CAN
 BE UP TO 72 INCHES IN HEIGHT.
  
 THE CHAINLINK FENCE PROPOSED FOR THE REAR OF THE
 PROPERTY MUST BE COMBINED WITH A HEDGE.
  
 ALUMINUM FENCING ALONG 31ST STREET IS PREFERRED SINCE
 IT FACES THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY. OTHERWISE, COATED
 CHAINLINK IS ALLOWED WHEN COMBINED WITH A HEDGE.
  
 PLEASE SUBMIT A LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWING THE PLANTINGS
 THAT WILL ACCOMPANY THE CHAINLINK FENCE. IRRIGATION IS
 REQUIRED FOR ALL LANDSCAPED AREAS. A PERMIT IS REQUIRED
