 REVIEW AS A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY, FBC-B 304.1 LIST
 TRAINING AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT NOT WITHIN A SCHOOL OR
 ACADEMIC PROGRAM AS A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY.

 SPACE, IS IT A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY? IF SO THE 2007/09
 FLORIDA EXISTING BUILDING CODE CHAPTER 9 SECTION
 901.1.3.1 SHALL APPLY. FL EXST BLDG CODE 901.3.1
 PARTIAL CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION . WHERE A
 PORTION OF AN EXISTING BUILDING IS CHANGED TO A NEW
 OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION, SECTION 912 OF THE EXISTING
 BLDG CODE SHALL APPLY.

 BLDG CODE SECTION 912.8 REFERS YOU BACK TO CHAPTER 11

 HEAD WILL THEN BE ATTACHED TO THE PLANS AS PART OF THE

 BUILDINGS. THE OTHER FRONT DOOR DOES MEET 1/2 OF THE
 DIAGONAL OF THE SPACE FOR THE MEANS OF A 2ND EGRESS.
  
 5) FLOOR PLAN A01 FINISH NOTES # 3 INDICATE HUMIDOR TO
 HAVE T & G CEILING. PLANS DO NOT INDICATE THE USE OF A
 HUMIDOR? 106.1.2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS REQUIRED.
  
 6) SHEET # 1 INDICATES IN THE TWO OFFICES THAT TEMPERED
 GLASS IS OPTIONAL TEMPERED GLASS IS REQUIRED BY SECTION
 FBC-B 2406.3(6) WHEN WITHIN 24 INCHES OF THE ARC OF THE
 SWING OF THE DOOR. CONSIDERED A HAZARDOUS LOCATION.
