 2- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) WINDOWS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. NONE SUBMITED.
  
 B) EXTERIOR DOORS AS SHOWN ON PLANS. NONE SUBMITTED.
  
 C) FLAT ROOF ASSEMBLY. AND, PLEASE SPECIFY WHICH
 APPROVED ASSEMBLY IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED. ALSO,
 PROVIDE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR NAIL ENHANCING AT
 PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS. NOTE: IF THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL SUBMITTED REQUIRES SIGNED AND SEALED
 CALCULATIONS, THEN THOSE CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE SIGNED
 AND SEALED. NONE SUBMITTED.
  
 D) CONCRETE TILE FOR NEW ADDITION. AND, POLYFOAM
 PRODUCT APPROVAL LISTED ON THE TILE PRODUCT APPROVAL,
 IF USING ADHESIVE. OTHERWISE, SPECIFY HOW ARE THE TILES
 GOING TO BE INSTALLED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.2.1.4.3. NONE SUBMITTED.
  
 E) HURRICANE SHUTTERS IF THE DOORS AND WINDOWS PRODUCT
 APPROVALS SUBMITTED DON'T HAVE IMPACT GLASS. AND,
 PROVIDE A COMPLETE SHUTTERS INSTALLATION SCHEDULE. NONE

 F) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS
 AND DETAILS. NONE SUBMITTED. SUBMITT ONLY THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL COVER PAGE AND PAGE SHOWING THE CONNECTOR.

 3- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 4- THERE ARE NEW PLANS SUBMITTED BY NEW ENGINEER AND
 REFERENCING THE 2010 FBC. PERMIT APPLICATION WAS
 SUBMITTED UNDER THE 2007 FBC. PLEASE REVISE PLANS AND
 REFERENCE THE 2007 FBC FOR THE DESIGN CRITERIA.
  
 5- ROOF FRAMING PLAN SUBMITTED SHOWS NEW RAFTERS
 CONSTRUCTION, NOT PREFABRICATED ROOF TRUSSES. PROVIDE
 COMPLETE FRAMING DETAILS SHOWING ATTACHMENT OF RAFTERS
 TO THE RIDGE AND HIP BEAMS. ATTACHMENT OF THE NEW (2)
 2X10 WOOD BEAM AT THE ENDS. SEC. 106.1.1 CITY
 AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 6- SPECIFY THE CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE NEW
 EXTERIOR DOOR AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 7- SPECIFY EGRESS FROM THE EXISTING BEDROOM AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R310. SPECIFY TYPE AND SIZE OF EGRESS WINDOWS
 SHOWN ON THE CORNER.
  
 8- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. UPDATE THE VALUE TO INCLUDE ALL MATERIALS, LABOR,
 OVERHEAD AND PROFIT AND DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 9- PLANS NEED TO SHOW NEW SHOWER DIMENSIONS TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE MIN. DIMENSIONS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 P2708 OF THE 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 10- NEED TO SPECIFY SAFETY GLASS FOR WINDOW LOCATED IN
 SHOWER AREA IF THE WINDOW HAS NOT IMPACT GLASS. SEC.
 308.4(5).
  
 11- REVISE WALL SECTIONS:
 A) NEED TO SPECIFY 7/8" STUCCO THICKNESS AS REQUIRED BY
 TABLE R702.1(1).
 B) NEED TO SPECIFY TWO LAYERS OF WATER RESISTANT
 BARRIER AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R703.6.3.
 C) R-30 INSULATION DOESN'T FIT ON 2X6 RAFTERS.
 COORDINATE WITH THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. SEC. 106.1.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
 D) STUCCO CAN'T BE INSTALLED BELOW FINISHED GRADE. SEE
 SEC. R704.1 AND REVISE AS REQUIRED.
 E) CLEARLY SHOW LOCATION OF ATTIC VENTS ON THE ROOF
 FRAMING PLAN TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R806.1 TO
 SHOW CROSS VENTILATION. AND, SHOW THE INSULATION
 CLEARANCE REQUIRED BY SEC. R806.3 SINCE ROOF SLOPE IS
 VERY LOW.
  
 12- CONNECTOR SCHEDULE ON SHEET A: CLARIFY WHERE ARE
 THE UPLIFT LOADS OF 985# SPECIFIED FOR THE H8 CONNECTOR
 TAKEN FROM. PROVIDE ENGINEERED CALCULATIONS. SEC.
 106.1.2 CITY AMENDMENTS.
  
 13- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE
 DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT.
