 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2009 REVISIONS.
  
 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, PLEASE BRING THEM TO PALM
 BEACH COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD.) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES
 ARE DUE. THEN, BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF
 PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 2- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 N1100.3 OF CHAPTER 13 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 3- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9N-3 FOR:
 A) WINDOWS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 B) EXTERIOR DOORS AS SHOWN ON PLANS.
  
 C) FLAT ROOF ASSEMBLY. AND, PLEASE SPECIFY WHICH
 APPROVED ASSEMBLY IS GOING TO BE INSTALLED. ALSO,
 PROVIDE RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR NAIL ENHANCING AT
 PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS. NOTE: IF THE PRODUCT
 APPROVAL SUBMITTED REQUIRES SIGNED AND SEALED
 CALCULATIONS, THEN THOSE CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE SIGNED
 AND SEALED.
  
 D) HURRICANE SHUTTERS IF THE DOORS AND WINDOWS PRODUCT
 APPROVALS SUBMITTED DON'T HAVE IMPACT GLASS. AND,
 PROVIDE A COMPLETE SHUTTERS INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.
  
 E) ALL SIMPSON STRUCTURAL CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON PLANS
 AND DETAILS.
  
 4- PROVIDE COMPLETE ROOF FRAMING PLAN. SHOW ALL FRAMING
 MEMBERS SIZES AND CONNECTORS. SPECIFY ATTACHMENT TO
 EXISTING ROOF. SPECIFY ROOF SLOPE. ETC. SEC. 106.1.1
 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 5- SPECIFY THE CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES FOR THE
 EXTERIOR DOORS AND WINDOWS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 R301.2.1.4.3 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 6- SPECIFY EGRESS FROM THE EXISTING BEDROOM AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R310.
  
 7- SPECIFY SMOKE ALARMS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R313.
  
 8- PROVIDE STRUCTURAL BUCK DETAILS FOR EXTERIOR DOORS
 AND WINDOWS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R613.6.
  
 9- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. UPDATE THE VALUE TO INCLUDE ALL MATERIALS, LABOR
 AND DESIGN PROFESSIONAL FEES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. 108.3
 CITY AMENDMENTS.

 OF HOUSE" NOTE MEANS. IS THIS FRAME ADDITION OR

 3 OF 3. (3) INFORMATION FOR NEW HALLWAY AND EXISTING
 UTILITY IS NOT CLEAR. DRAWING DON'T SHOW THE WALLS AND

 REQUIRED BY SEC. R301 AND TABLE R301.5. SPECIFY ALL THE
 LIVE AND DEAD LOADS, BUILDING EXPOSURE AND THE WIND
 SPEED.
  
 C) SPECIFY SIZE OF EXTERIOR DOORS AND WINDOWS TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSRUES OS SEC.
