 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. THE PROPOSED PULL-OFF AREA SHOULD BE
 MINIMALISTIC?THE DRIVEWAY SHOULD BE PLACED AT GRADE,
 ELIMINATE THE D-CURB AND CONSIDER THE USE OF AN
 ALTERNATIVE PAVING MATERIAL THAT WOULD BE MORE
 AESTHETIC (I.E. PAVERS, TURF BLOCK, ETC.).
  
 2. HAS APPROVAL BEEN GRANTED FROM PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR
 ACCESS TO AUSTRALIAN AVENUE?
  
 3. SIGNIFICANT LANDSCAPING SHOULD BE INSTALLED IN THE
 AREA OF THE PUMP STATION AND DIVIDE STRUCTURE (NORTH,
 SOUTH, AND BOTH SIDES OF AUSTRALIAN AVENUE) TO VISUALLY
 SCREEN THE STRUCTURE FROM THE ADJACENT TRAFFIC.
  
 4. EFFORTS SHOULD BE MADE TO VISUALLY REDUCE THE IMPACT
 OF THE STRUCTURE ON THE ADJACENT TRAFFIC BY REDUCING
 THE AMOUNT OF VISIBLE MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT AS MUCH AS
 POSSIBLE (I.E. REDUCE THE HEIGHT OF THE GATE OPEN/CLOSE
 MECHANISM, ETC.).
  
 5. MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, INCLUDING THE AREA FOR THE
 GENERATOR, ELECTRICAL PANELS, ETC. SHALL BE SCREENED
 WITH AN OPAQUE MATERIAL. THE MATERIAL SHALL CONSIST OF
 BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY,
 OR COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. THE SCREEN SHALL
 BE LANDSCAPED WITH SHRUBS AND/OR HEDGES PLANTED AT
 TWO-FOOT INTERVALS.
