 MODULAR MANUFACTURING PLAN (SHEET 2 OF 6) WITH 3920 SQ
 FT AND THE COPIED NOT SEALED FOUNDATION PLAN FROM
 WILLIAM SCOTSMAN PLAN (SHEET 4) FOR 2880 SQ FT. PLEASE
 PROVIDE THE FOUNDATION PLAN THAT MATCHES TO THE
 SOUTHEAST MANUFACTURING PLAN. NOTE THIS IS A SITE
 SPECIFIC ENGINEERING WITCH WILL REQUIRE A ENGINEER SEAL
 AND SIGNATURE.
 PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, REPORTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS
 PREPARED BY THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AND BEING FILED FOR
 PUBLIC RECORD SHALL HAVE THE SIGNATURE AND SEAL OF THE
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AFFIXED TO THE DOCUMENT.

 2) SHEET A1 RAMP DETAILS IS ALSO NOT SIGNED NOR SEALED
 BY THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL. PLEASE NOTE THE SHEET A1 IS
 FOR A STRAIGHT RUN RAMP DETAIL WHILE THE STAGING PLAN
 FROM BE & K # 700-C0-020 INDICATES A RAMP WITH A SWITCH
 BACK AND A MID LANDING, PLEASE PROVIDE AN ENGINEERED
 PLAN THAT FITS THIS INSTALATION APPLICATION.
 PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, REPORTS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS
 PREPARED BY THE DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AND BEING FILED FOR
 PUBLIC RECORD SHALL HAVE THE SIGNATURE AND SEAL OF THE
 DESIGN PROFESSIONAL AFFIXED TO THE DOCUMENT.

 INSTALATION OF CONSTRUCTION TRAILERS ARE THESE ACTUALLY
 TRAILERS? ARE THEY GOING TO HAVE STORAGE OF
 CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS? OR ARE THEY MANUFACTURED
 BUILDING THAT WILL BE BROUGHT IN ARE FOR BUSINESS USAGE
 TO BE USED FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE PROJECT? THE
 STATE APPROVED PLANS INDICATES THEY
 WERE BUILT WITH THE INTENT OF BUSINESS OFFICES. THIS
 REVIEW WILL BE WITH THE INTENDED USE AS APPROVED BY THE
 STATE, BUSINESS OCCUPANCY.
  
 3A) THE DESIGNER OF RECORD WILL NEED TO CLARIFY IF EACH
 UNIT IS TO BE CONSIDERED A SINGLE BUILDING OF 3920 SQ
 FT OR IF MULTIPLE UNITS TWO OR MORE BUILDINGS ARE GOING
 TO BE CONSIDERED A SINGLE UNIT. PLEASE REVIEW FBC-B
 TABLE 503 FOR A BUSINESS OCCUPANCY A TYPE V-B ALLOWS AN
 AREA OF 9,000 SQ FT THESE UNITS ARE NOT FIRE
 SPRINKLERED NO INCREASE CAN BE TAKEN FOR FIRE
 SPRINKLERS BUT DEPENDING ON THE CONFIGURATION, FRONTAGE
 INCREASES MAY BE TAKEN FBC-B 506.2 WHICH WOULD CREATE A
 LARGER BUILDING.
  
 3B) PLEASE REVIEW TABLE 502 FOR FIRE RESISTANCE RATING
 REQUIREMENTS FOR EXTERIOR WALLS BASED ON FIRE
 SEPERATION DISTANCE. THE STATE APPROVED PLANS INDICATES
 THAT THERE IS NO FIRE RATING OF THE EXTERIOR WALLS. FOR
 A TYPE V-B BUILDING THE MINIMUM DISTANCE FROM AN
 ASSUMED PROPERTY LINE WOULD BE 10 FEET TO AN ASSUMED
 PROPERTY LINE OR 20 FEET FROM ONE BUILDING TO ANOTHER.
 THE SITE PLAN INDICATES AN AREA WHERE TWO MORE UNITS
 MAY BE BROUGHT IN, THIS MAY NEED TO BE ADDRESSED AT
 THIS TIME AS FAR AS THE SQUARE FOOTAGE THAT WOULD BE
 ALLOWED AND THE ASSUMED PROPERTY LINE BETWEEN UNITS.
 THE 2007 FBC-B CODE COMMENTARY FIGURE 602A HAS MORE
 INFORMATION ON ASSUMED PROPERTY LINES.
  
 4) PLEASE NOTE THAT SHEET 4 IS THE WRONG FOUNDATION
 PLAN THE REQUIREMENT FOR FOUNDATIONS IS OUT OF THE
 2007/09 FBC-B AND THE REQUIREMENTS FOR DEPTH OF
 FOUNDATIONS
 1805.2 IS STILL A MINIMUM OF 12 INCHES BELOW GRADE.
 PLEASE ALSO REVIEW 1805.5.7 FOR PIER FOUNDATIONS AND
 WIND SPEED.
  
 5) PLEASE REVIEW SHEET # 1 OF SITE INSTALLED ITEMS
 PORTABLE FIRE EXTINGUISHERS, STORM SHUTTERS, GUTTERS &
 DOWN SPOUTS AND DRINKING FOUNTAINS.
  
 6) STAGING PLAN DOES NOT PROVIDE DETAIL FOR THE
 HANDICAPPED PARKING AND ACCESS AILSE FBC11-4.6.2(1) &
 11-4.6.4.
  
 A THOROUGH REVIEW CAN NOT BE MADE AT THIS TIME, AS A
 RESULT OF THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION REQUESTED
