 WITH HVAC, REPLACEMENT OF PUMPS AND PIPING, REPLACEMENT
 OF ELECTRICAL SERVICE, TELEMETRY, AND LANDSCAPING &
 IRRIGATION.

 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. AN EIGHT (8) FOOT HIGH WALL OR OPAQUE FENCE SHALL BE
 INSTALLED TO SCREEN THE GENERATOR, ETC. THE ENCLOSURE
 SHALL BE LANDSCAPED ON ALL SIDES. IF THE EXISTING CHAIN
 LINK FENCE IS PROPOSED TO REMAIN AS-IS, THEN THE
 LANDSCAPE MATERIAL SURROUNDING THE FENCE SHALL EXTEND
 THE HEIGHT OF THE FENCE (AT INSTALLATION) AND CREATE A
 SOLID ENCLOSURE, SUCH AS PODOCARPUS AT 6 FEET IN
 HEIGHT.
  
 2. ALL LANDSCAPING SHALL BE PROTECTED FROM ADJACENT
 VEHICULAR USE AREAS USING A TYPE-D CURB. THE PROPOSED
 LANDSCAPING AROUND THE CHAIN-LINK FENCE IS NOT
 PROTECTED FROM THE ADJACENT VEHICULAR TRAFFIC.
  
 3. THAT AREA OF ASPHALT SOUTHEAST OF THE GENERATOR
 SHOULD BE REMOVED AND THE LANDSCAPING SHOULD BE
 EXTENDED TO THE FENCE. THIS SECTION OF FENCE SHALL BE
 COMPLETELY SCREENED (SEE PREVIOUS COMMENTS). IT WAS
 CONSIDERED AT ONE TIME THAT THIS AREA WAS GOING TO BE
 USED AS A DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE. ALL DUMPSTERS SHALL BE
 ENCLOSED WITH A SOLID OPAQUE FENCE AND LANDSCAPING
 PLANTED AT 2-FOOT INTERVALS.
