 2. REPEAT COMMENT: THE NAME OF THE ENGINEERING SERVICES
 DIRECTOR IS INCORRECT.
  
  I BELIEVE THIS WAS FIXED ON THE UPDATED SHEETS THAT
 WERE NOT SUBMITTED.
  
 3. REPEAT COMMENT: CONSIDER REMOVING WHEEL STOPS FROM
 NORTHERN MOST PARKING AND SHIFT CURB TO SERVE AS WHEEL
 STOP. THIS WAS DONE ON SOME OF THE PARKING, BUT NOT IN
 THE "FIRE STATION STAFF PARKING LOT"...PLEASE EXPLAIN.
  
  I BELIEVE THIS WAS FIXED ON THE UPDATED SHEETS THAT
 WERE NOT SUBMITTED.
  
 4. REPEAT COMMENT: PLEASE PROVIDE THE SETBACK FROM THE
 PROPERTY LINE TO THE FREESTANDING SIGN. IT SHALL BE 5
 FEET FROM THE RIGHT-OF-WAY, AND 24 FEET FROM ADJACENT
 PROPERTY LINES.
  
  I BELIEVE THIS WAS FIXED ON THE UPDATED SHEETS THAT
 WERE NOT SUBMITTED.
  
 5. REPEAT COMMENT: PLEASE NOTE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS
 THAT ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY
 SHALL BE SODDED AND IRRIGATED.
  
  I BELIEVE THIS WAS FIXED ON THE UPDATED SHEETS THAT
 WERE NOT SUBMITTED.
  
 6. REPEAT COMMENT: IRRIGATION SHALL PROVIDE 120%
 COVERAGE.
  
 7. REPEAT COMMENT: PLEASE NOTE THAT A SEPARATE PERMIT
 WILL BE REQUIRED FOR LANSCAPING. 2 SETS OF
 SIGNED/SEALED LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH A
 PERMIT APPLICATION, ALONG WITH A CERTIFIED COST
 ESTIMATE (INCLUDING MATERIALS AND LABOR).
  
 8. A UNITY OF TITLE SHALL BE RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC
 RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY UNIFYING THE PARCEL
 ACQUIRED FROM THE RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY TO THE SOUTH TO
 THE FIRE STATION PARCEL. PLEASE CONTACT VINCE NOEL,
 CITY SURVEYOR, AND PROVIDE ME WITH A COPY OF THE
 RECORDED DOCUMENT.
  
 9. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE UPDATED SITE PLANS REMOVE THE
 "PROPOSED ACQUISITION" LABEL FROM THE PLANS AND THAT
 THE CMU FENCE/WALL THAT WAS LOCATED ALONG THE SOUTHERN
 PORTION OF THE ACQUIRED PARCEL IS REMOVED FROM THE
 PLANS AND NO LONGER INCLUDED IN THE SCOPE OF THE
 PROJECT.
