 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT, THE
 FORMAL SITE PLAN REVIEW SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE
 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMEN - PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 2. THERE WAS CONCERN REGARDING THE PLACEMENT OF THE GAS
 GRILL UNDER THE SOLID ROOF, PLEASE CONFIRM THAT THE
 BUILDING DIVISION HAS NO OBJECTION.
  
 3. THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DIRECTOR LISTED ON COVER
 SHEET IS INCORRECT.
  
 4. PLEASE CLARIFY HOW THE GATED STAFF PARKING WILL
 FUNCTION. WILL THERE BE A CARD-READER, REMOTE CONTROL,
 ETC?
  
 5. PARKING STALL DETAIL SHALL MEET MINIMUM CRITERIA (IE
 PLACEMENT OF WHEEL STOP).
  
 6. CONSIDER REMOVING WHEEL STOPS FROM NORTHERN MOST
 PARKING AND SHIFT CURB TO SERVE AS WHEEL STOP. THIS WAS
 DONE ON SOME OF THE PARKING, BUT NOT IN THE "FIRE
 STATION STAFF PARKING LOT"....PLEASE EXPLAIN.
  
 7. PLEASE PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION FROM THE ARCHITECT OF
 RECORD THAT THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT WILL COMPLY WITH
 THE LAWS OF HB7135, REQUIRING THAT PUBLIC BUILDINGS
 ENTERED INTO DESIGN AFTER JULY 1, 2008, FOLLOW THE
 GUIDELINES OF LEEDS OR OTHER GREEN BUILDING SYSTEMS,
 INCLUDING GREEN GLOBES AND THE FLORIDA GREEN BUILDING
 COALITION STANDARDS.
  
 8. TWO COPIES OF THE APPROVED TRAFFIC CONCURRENCY SHALL
 BE PROVIDED.
  
 9. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT ALL DIESEL FUEL TANKS, LP TANKS,
 AND POTABLE WATER STORAGE TANKS WILL BE LOCATED
 UNDERGROUND.
  
 10. PHOTOMETRIC LEVELS SHALL NOT EXCEED 0.5 WHEN
 MEASURED IN A RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT. ADJUST THE
 LEVELS ALONG THE EAST AND SOUTH PROPERTY LINES
 ACCORDINGLY.
  
 11. PLEASE PROVIDE THE SETBACK FROM THE PROPERTY LINE
 TO THE FREESTANDING SIGN. IT SHALL BE 5 FEET FROM THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY, AND 24 FEET FROM ADJACENT PROPERTY LINES.
  
 12. PLEASE NOTE ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS THAT ALL
 LANDSCAPE AREAS IN THE PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY SHALL BE
 SODDED AND IRRIGATED.
  
 13. LIGHT POLES SHALL NOT BE LOCATED IN VEHICLE
 OVERHANG.
  
 14. IRRIGATION SHALL PROVIDE 120% COVERAGE.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT A SEPARATE PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR
 LANSCAPING. 2 SETS OF SIGNED/SEALED LANDSCAPE PLANS
 SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH A PERMIT APPLICATION, ALONG
 WITH A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE (INCLUDING MATERIALS AND
 LABOR).

 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
  
 B) 6 SETS OF REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11IN X
 17IN), AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
