 1) PLEASE REVIEW SHEET LS1.1 DESIGN STANDARDS AND CODE
 REQUIREMENTS. THE REQUIREMENTS UNDER COMMON PATH OF
 TRAVEL THE EXCEPTION # 2. THE CODE EXCEPTION READS
 WHERE A TENANT SPACE HAS AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF NOT
 GREATER THAN 30, YOUR TENANT SPACE HAS AN OCCUPANT LOAD
 OF 40. I AGREE THAT THE CORRIDORS SERVING ROOMS 201-
 209 DOES HAVE AN OCCUPANT LOAD LESS THAN 30 BUT THE
 TENANT SPACE DOES HAVE AN OCCUPANT LOAD OF 40 AND THE
 CODE SECTION INDICATES THE OCCUPANT LOAD OF THE TENANT
 SPACE.
  
 2) IN NOT BEING ABLE TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF 1014.3
 EXCEPTION 2 WE WILL NEED TO REVIEW 1015.1 EXIT ACCESS.
 WHEN 1015.1.2 COMMON PATH OF TRAVEL CAN NOT BE MET THEN
 THE REQUIREMENTS OF EXIT ACCESS CORRIDORS NEED TO BE
 REVIEWED AND THE REQUIREMENT FOR TWO EXITS AND THEIR
 ARRANGEMENT 1015.1.2.1. IN SHORT IF A FIRE BREAKS OUT
 LETS SAY IN ROOM 202 WILL THE OCCUPANTS IN THE OTHER
 OFFICES BE ABLE TO USE THE DOOR # 213 FOR EGRESS
 PURPOSES?
  
 3) ANOTHER CONCERN IS DOOR # 213 AND NOTE # 1 DOOR
 SCHEDULE ON A3.1 INDICATING TO VERIFY ALL HARDWARE
 REQUIREMENTS WITH OWNERS. 11-4.13.9.
  
 4) SHEET A1.1 & A4.1 INDICATE OPENINGS WITHIN CORRIDOR
 222 & 223 PLEASE PROVIDE OPENING PROTECTION FOR THESE
 OPENINGS IN COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-B TABLE 715.4.
  
 5) 712.6 FIRE WALLS, FIRE BARRIERS, FIRE PARTITIONS,
 SMOKE BARRIERS AND SMOKE PARTITIONS OR ANY OTHER WALL
 REQUIRED TO HAVE PROTECTED OPENINGS SHALL BE
 EFFECTIVELY AND PERMANENTLY IDENTIFIED WITH SIGNS OR
 STENCILING IN A MANNER ACCEPTABLE TO THE AUTHORITY
 HAVING JURISDICTION. SUCH IDENTIFICATION SHALL BE ABOVE
 ANY DECORATIVE CEILING AND IN CONCEALED SPACES.
 SUGGESTED WORDING FOR FIRE AND SMOKE BARRIERS: "FIRE
 AND SMOKE BARRIER - PROTECT ALL OPENINGS."
  
 6) PLEASE PROVIDE CODE COMPLIANCE WITH: 712.3
 FIRE-RESISTANCE-RATED WALLS. PENETRATIONS INTO OR
 THROUGH FIRE WALLS, FIRE-BARRIER WALLS, SMOKE-BARRIER
 WALLS AND FIRE PARTITIONS SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTIONS
 712.3.1 THROUGH 712.3.4.
