 1) PLEASE REVIEW THE PERMIT APPLICATION ADDRESS FIELD
 AND PLANS. BOTH INDICATE THE JOB LOCATION TO BE AT 3720
 N DIXIE WHILE THE PROPERTY CONTROL NUMBER SUBMITTED IS
 FOR 3720 S DIXIE? 106.1.2 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 2) THE SECOND ISSUE IS THIS A SINGLE TENANT SPACE FOR
 TWO TENANTCIES? PLEASE PROVIDE IF TWO SEPERATE
 TENANTCIES WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESSES WILL BE IN EACH,
 DEPENDING ON THIS INFORMATION EITHER TENANT SEPERATION
 WALLS MAY BE REQUIRED PER SECTION FBC-B 708.1 OR
 OCCUPANCY SEPERATION WALLS PER FBC-B TABLE 508.3.3.
  
 3) IF THIS RECONFIGURATION OF SPACE IS TWO SEPERATE
 TENANTS THEN THE TENANT SEPERATION WALL SHOULD CONTINUE
 TO THE ROOF DECK ABOVE. FBC-B 708.1.
  
 4) THE PLANS ALSO INDICATE BY DETAIL THE NEW SECTION OF
 INTERIOR WALL, PLEASE REVIEW CEILING INSULATION CAN NOT
 LAY ON THE DROP IN CEILING TILE. FBC-B 13.404.AB.1.
  
 5A) THE PLANS DO HAVE TWO BUILDING VIOLATIONS THE
 KITHEN DOOR BLOCKS EGRESS WITHIN THIC CORRIDOR.
 FBC-B1008.1.8.8.
  
 5B) THE PLANS ALSO SHOW THE DOUBLE DOORS AT THE
 VESTIBULE ENTRY BEING BLOCKED BY THE SWING OF A ENTRY
 DOOR INTO THE NEWLY FORMED SPACE.
  
 6) MAY REQUIRE: BEFORE A PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT, MAY BE
 ISSUED, IMPACT FEES MUST BE PAID TO PALM BEACH COUNTY.
 THE ACTUAL PERMIT SET OF PLANS MUST BE STAMPED BY THAT
 OFFICE, AND A COPY OF THE PAID RECEIPT ATTACHED TO THE
