 A ZERO LOT LINE BUILDING TO THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF
 THE BUILDING WHICH WOULD NOT ALLOW WINDOW AND DOOR
 OPENINGS ON BOTH THE EAST & WEST SIDES OF THE BUILDING.
 EITHER A SURVEY INDICATING THE CLOSENESSS OF THE
 PROPERTY LINES AND SHOW ING COMPLIANCE WITH FBC-B TABLE
 602 AND TABLE 704.8 MAXIMUM AREA OF EXTERIOR WALL
 OPENINGS, OR PROVIDE A UNITY OF TITLE COMBINING THE
 THREE LOTS INTO ONE LOT. THE UNITY OF TITLE FORMS CAN
 BE PICKED UP AT THE CITY OF WPB ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT
 TO BE FILLED OUT RECORDED AT THE CLERK OF THE COURT AND
 COPIES SUBMITTED TO CONSTRUCTIONS SERVICES DEPARTMENT

 1C) PLANS SHOW A DOUBLE DASHED LINE ON THE FLOOR PLAN,
 PLEASE PROVIDE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION. 106.1.2.
  
 2) DEPENDING ON THE OUTCOME OF COMMENT NUMBER ONE AND
 OPENINGS WILL BE ALLOWED ON THE SIDES OF THE BUILDING
 THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA WILL BE REQUIRED.
 1603.1.4 WIND DESIGN DATA.
 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL-FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 BUILDING:
 1. BASIC WIND SPEED (3-SECOND GUST), MILES PER HOUR
 (KM/HR).
  
 2. WIND IMPORTANCE FACTOR, I W , AND BUILDING
 CLASSIFICATION FROM TABLE 1604.5 OR TABLE 6-1, ASCE 7
 AND BUILDING CLASSIFICATION IN TABLE 1-1, ASCE 7.
  
 3. WIND EXPOSURE, IF MORE THAN ONE WIND EXPOSURE IS
 UTILIZED, THE WIND EXPOSURE AND APPLICABLE WIND
 DIRECTION SHALL BE INDICATED.
  
 4. THE APPLICABLE ENCLOSURE CLASSIFICATIONS AND, IF
 DESIGNING WITH ASCE 7, INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT.
  
 5. COMPONENTS AND CLADDING. THE DESIGN WIND PRESSURES
 IN TERMS OF PSF (KN/M 2 ) TO BE USED FOR THE SELECTION
 OF EXTERIOR COMPONENTS AND CLADDING MATERIALS NOT
 SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED BY THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL.

 PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT TESTING REPORTS, MISSING
 REPORTS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

 3C) WINDOW MULLION REPORT IF NOT INCLUDED IN THE WINDOW
 REPORT
  
 4) 106.3.3 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 5) BOTH THE WINDOW AND DOOR BUCK DETAILS INDICATE THE
 USE OF 45 DEGREE CUTS NOT ALLOWING BOTH LEGS OF THE
 FRAME TO SET ON THE SUB-FRAMING. FBC-B 1714.5.4.2
 UNLESS OTHERWISE TESTED, BUCKS SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE
 INTERIOR FACE OF THE WINDOW OR DOOR FRAME SUCH THAT
 FULL SUPPORT OF THE FRAME IS PROVIDED.
  
 1714.5.4.3 WOOD OR OTHER APPROVED FRAMING MATERIALS.
 WHERE THE FRAMING MATERIAL IS WOOD OR OTHER APPROVED
 FRAMING MATERIAL, WINDOW AND GLASS DOOR ASSEMBLIES
 SHALL BE ANCHORED THROUGH THE MAIN FRAME OR BY JAMB
 CLIP OR SUBFRAME SYSTEM OR THROUGH THE FLANGE IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S PUBLISHED
 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.
  
 6) THE SCOPE OF WORK AND VALUE ATTACHED TO THE SCOPE OF
 WORK APPEARS LOW IN VALUE. THIS WILL EFFECT THE AMOUNT
 DUE TO DISPROPORTIONALITY.
 THE DUTY TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBILITY PLEASE SHOW HOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 11-4.1.6.(2) ALTERATIONS MADE
 TO PROVIDE AN ACCESSIBLE PATH OF TRAVEL TO ALTERED
 AREAS SHALL BE DEEMED DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE OVERALL
 ALTERATION WHEN THE COST EXCEEDS 20 PERCENT OF THE COST
 OF THE ALTERATION TO THE PRIMARY FUNCTION AREA.
  
 DUTY TO PROVIDE ACCESSIBLE FEATURES IN THE EVENT OF
 DISPROPORTIONALITY.
  
 (1) WHEN THE COST OF ALTERATIONS NECESSARY TO MAKE THE
 PATH OF TRAVEL TO THE ALTERED AREA FULLY ACCESSIBLE IS
 DISPROPORTIONATE TO THE COST OF THE OVERALL ALTERATION,
 THE PATH OF TRAVEL SHALL BE MADE ACCESSIBLE TO THE
 EXTENT THAT IT CAN BE MADE ACCESSIBLE WITHOUT INCURRING
 DISPROPORTIONATE COSTS.
  
 (2)(A) IN CHOOSING WHICH ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS TO
 PROVIDE, PRIORITY SHOULD BE GIVEN TO THOSE ELEMENTS
 THAT WILL PROVIDE THE GREATEST ACCESS, IN THE FOLLOWING
 ORDER:
  
 (I) AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE;
  
 (II) AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE TO THE ALTERED AREA:
  
 (III) AT LEAST ONE ACCESSIBLE RESTROOM FOR EACH SEX OR
 A SINGLE UNISEX RESTROOM:
  
 (IV) ACCESSIBLE TELEPHONES;
  
 (V) ACCESSIBLE DRINKING FOUNTAINS; AND
  
 (VI) WHEN POSSIBLE, ADDITIONAL ACCESSIBLE ELEMENTS SUCH
 AS PARKING, STORAGE, AND ALARMS.
  
 PLEASE PROVIDE WHERE OR HOW $1,500.00 DOLLARS ABOVE THE
 CONTRACT VALUE WILL BE USED TO COMPLY WITH
 ACCESSIBLITY.
