 1) PROVIDE A RECENT SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD,
 THAT IS LEGIBLE AND TO SCALE.
  
 2) IT IS UNCLEAR WHAT IS BEING REQUESTED. THE PLANS
 SHOW MARKING FOR THE WALKWAY AND DRIVEWAY APPROACH AND
 THEN REVISED SYMBOLS. WHAT IS THE SCOPE OF WORK? IS IT
 ON THE PROPERTY OR THE RIGHT-OF-WAY?
  
 3) THE PERMIT IS FOR A FIVE (5) FOOT WIDE WALKWAY, YET
 NO DIMENSIONS ARE SHOWN ON THE PLAN.
  
 4) THE ZONING DIVISION WILL NOT APPROVE A DRIVEWAY
 APPROACH WITHOUT THE INSTALLATION OF A DRIVEWAY. NO
 PERMIT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED FOR A DRIVEWAY. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT PARKING ON GRASS OR DRIVING ACROSS GRASS TO GET TO
 PARKING IS NOT PERMITTED.
  
 5) DRIVEWAYS ARE ONLY PERMITTED TO BE A MAXIMUM OF 20
 FEET IN WIDTH. NO DIMENSION IS GIVEN FOR THE APPROACH.
  
 6) DRIVEWAYS ARE TO BE LOCATED A MINIMUM OF THREE (3)
 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE. NO DIMENSION IS GIVEN FOR
 THE INSIDE EDGE OF THE APPROACH.
  
 7) THE CITY REQUIRES THAT 75% OF THE FRONT YARD BE
 LANDSCAPED. THE ZONING DIVISION WILL NOT APPROVE AN
 APPROACH THAT WOULD ALLOW A DRIVEWAY WHICH WOULD
 VIOLATE THIS REQUIREMENT. IT APPEARS FROM THE DRAWING
 THAT THIS MAY BE THE CASE WITH AN APPROACH HALF AS WIDE
 AS THE LOT.
  
 8) IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS SHRUB AND SOME TREES ALONG
 THE PROPERTY LINE. NO VEGETATION MAY BE REMOVED AS PART
 OF THIS PERMIT UNLESS IT IS REPLACED ELSEWHERE ON SITE.
