 1) PLEASE PROVIDE THE FRONTAGE AND THE HEIGHT OF THE
 BAY ON THE STOREFRONT PHOTOGRAPH. THE TOTAL FACADE AREA
 IS USED TO CALCULATE THE ALLOWED SIGNAGE. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT IF THE PROPERTY OWNER PROVIDES A NOTARIZED LETTER
 ALLOWING THIS BAY TO USE SECOND STORY AS WELL AS THE
 FIRST STORY FOR SIGNAGE PURPOSES, THEN THE HEIGHT USE
 TO CALCULATE ALLOWABLE SIGNAGE IS 35 FEET.
  
 2) THE SIGNAGE ABOVE THE DOOR IS APPROXIMATELY 21
 SQUARE FEET IN AREA AND COUNTS AS ONE SIGN.
  
 3) IT IS UNCLEAR FROM THE TEXT WHERE THE MEASUREMENT OF
 THE DOOR SIGN IS TAKEN FROM, SO PLEASE MARK THE PHOTO.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE DOOR SIGN MAY NOT BE A STAND ALONE
 SIGN, BUT RATHER THE BOX WHICH INCLUDES THE DOOR SIGN
 AND THE ABOVE DOOR SIGN SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF
 ALLOWED SIGNAGE. PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSION OF THE
 AREA ABOVE THE DOOR SIGN TO THE BOTTOM OF THE SIGNAGE
 ABOVE THE DOOR ON THE PHOTO ALSO.
