 1) REPEAT COMMENT - THE SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON THE
 ENGINEERING PLANS SHOW THE ENTIRE SITE WILL BE
 OVERLAYED WITH ASPHALT. THIS REQUIRES THAT THE PARKING
 AND LOADING AREAS BE BROUGHT INTO CONFORMITY WITH THE
 CITY'S LANDSCAPE REGULATIONS. THIS INCLUDES PERIMETER
 LANDSCAPE AS WELL AS TERMINAL ISLANDS IN THE PARKING
 AREA. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SITE IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A
 MINIMUM OF 15 PERCENT LANDSCAPE AREA, EXCLUDING THE DRY
 DETENTION AREA, NOT THE 12 PERCENT AS SHOWN. NOTE: THE
 CONTRACTOR/ENGINEER HAS STATED TO STAFF THAT THE
 PARKING LOT WILL NOT BE OVERLAYED WITH ASPHALT AND THAT
 THE ONLY THE AREA EAST OF THE EXISTING PARKING WILL BE
 IMPROVED. IF THIS IS THE CASE, THE PLANS SHALL CLEARLY
 REFLECT THE SCOPE OF WORK AND THE PARKING AREA
 LANDSCAPE DOES NOT NEED TO BE BROUGHT IN CONFORMANCE
 WITH THE EXISTING CODE. THE AREA SURROUNDING THE NEWLY
 ASPHALTED AREA DOES NEED TO COMPLY WITH THE LANDSCAPE
 CODE.
  
 2) REPEAT COMMENT - A LANDSCAPE PERMIT, WHICH INCLUDES
 A LANDSCAPE PLAN SIGNED AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA
 REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, AND MEETING THE
 PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS, SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY'S BUILDING
 DIVISION. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL MATCH THE CIVIL PLAN
 LAYOUT. ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE THIS PERMIT UNTIL BOTH
 PLANS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND COMPLY WITH CODE. THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN SUBMITTED WITH THIS PERMIT DOES NOT
 MATCH THE SITE DATA ON THE ENGINEERING PLANS. NOTE: THE
 LANDSCAPE PLANS WILL BE FULLY REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: NEITHER THE SURVEY OR THE
 ENGINEERING PLANS CLEARLY INDICATE THE AREAS THAT ARE
 CURRENTLY LANDSCAPED (OR NOT COVERED IN PAVING/SHELL
 ROCK/ETC. THIS COMMENT WILL NOT APPLY IF THE SCOPE OF
 WORK IS REDUCED TO ONLY PAVING THE AREA EAST OF THE
 EXISTING PARKING LOT.
  
 4) REPEAT COMMENT: THE AREAS CONTAINING OUTDOOR STORAGE
 SHALL BE SCREENED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SECTION
 94-444(C) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS. THE PLANS DO NOT DEMONSTRATE SCREENING OF
 THE OUTDOOR STORAGE.
  
 5) REPEAT COMMENT - THE PARKING DETAIL DOES NOT MATCH
 WEST PALM BEACH REQUIREMENTS.
  
 6) REPEAT COMMENT - THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO THE
 SITE SHALL BE SODDED AND IRRIGATED AND MAINTAINED.
 NOTE: THIS SHALL BE CLEARLY SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN.
  
 7) LANDSCAPED AREAS SHALL BE PROTECTED FROM VEHICULAR
 ENCROACHMENT BY TYPE D CURB OR EQUIVALENT.
