| IMPROVED. IF THIS IS THE CASE, THE PLANS SHALL CLEARLY |
| REFLECT THE SCOPE OF WORK AND THE PARKING AREA |
| LANDSCAPE DOES NOT NEED TO BE BROUGHT IN CONFORMANCE |
| WITH THE EXISTING CODE. THE AREA SURROUNDING THE NEWLY |
| ASPHALTED AREA DOES NEED TO COMPLY WITH THE LANDSCAPE |

| 2) REPEAT COMMENT - A LANDSCAPE PERMIT, WHICH INCLUDES |
| A LANDSCAPE PLAN SIGNED AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA |
| REGISTERED LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, AND MEETING THE |
| PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT |
| REGULATIONS, SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE CITY'S BUILDING |
| DIVISION. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL MATCH THE CIVIL PLAN |
| LAYOUT. ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE THIS PERMIT UNTIL BOTH |
| PLANS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND COMPLY WITH CODE. THE |
| LANDSCAPE PLAN SUBMITTED WITH THIS PERMIT DOES NOT |
| MATCH THE SITE DATA ON THE ENGINEERING PLANS. NOTE: THE |
| LANDSCAPE PLANS WILL BE FULLY REVIEWED AS PART OF THE |
| LANDSCAPE PERMIT. |

| 3) REPEAT COMMENT: NEITHER THE SURVEY OR THE |
| ENGINEERING PLANS CLEARLY INDICATE THE AREAS THAT ARE |
| CURRENTLY LANDSCAPED (OR NOT COVERED IN PAVING/SHELL |
| ROCK/ETC. THIS COMMENT WILL NOT APPLY IF THE SCOPE OF |
| WORK IS REDUCED TO ONLY PAVING THE AREA EAST OF THE |
| EXISTING PARKING LOT. |
