 1) THE SCOPE OF WORK SHOWN ON THE ENGINEERING PLANS
 SHOW THE ENTIRE SITE WILL BE OVERLAYED WITH ASPHALT.
 THIS REQUIRES THAT THE PARKING AND LOADING AREAS BE
 BROUGHT INTO CONFORMITY WITH THE CITY'S LANDSCAPE
 REGULATIONS. THIS INCLUDES PERIMETER LANDSCAPE AS WELL
 AS TERMINAL ISLANDS IN THE PARKING AREA. PLEASE NOTE
 THAT THE SITE IS REQUIRED TO HAVE A MINIMUM OF 15
 PERCENT LANDSCAPE AREA, EXCLUDING THE DRY DETENTION
 AREA, NOT THE 12 PERCENT AS SHOWN.
  
 2) A LANDSCAPE PERMIT, WHICH INCLUDES A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SIGNED AND SEALED BY A FLORIDA REGISTERED LANDSCAPE
 ARCHITECT, AND MEETING THE PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 CITY'S BUILDING DIVISION. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL
 MATCH THE CIVIL PLAN LAYOUT. ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE
 THIS PERMIT UNTIL BOTH PLANS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND
 COMPLY WITH CODE.
  
 3) NEITHER THE SURVEY OR THE ENGINEERING PLANS CLEARLY
 INDICATE THE AREAS THAT ARE CURRENTLY LANDSCAPED (OR
 NOT COVERED IN PAVING/SHELL ROCK/ETC.
  
 4) THE AREAS CONTAINING OUTDOOR STORAGE SHALL BE
 SCREENED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SECTION 94-444(C) OF
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
  
 5) THE PARKING DETAIL DOES NOT MATCH WEST PALM BEACH
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 6) THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO THE SITE SHALL BE
 SODDED AND IRRIGATED AND MAINTAINED.
  
 7) ) ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE GENERATED BASED ON THE
 SUBMITTAL OF PLANS SHOWING THE ADDITION OF LANDSCAPE.
  
 8) A PRE-MEETING MAY BE BENEFICIAL TO DISCUSS THE
 LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS.
