| LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE |
| CITY'S BUILDING DIVISION. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL |
| MATCH THE CIVIL PLAN LAYOUT. ZONING WILL NOT APPROVE |
| THIS PERMIT UNTIL BOTH PLANS HAVE BEEN REVIEWED AND |

| INDICATE THE AREAS THAT ARE CURRENTLY LANDSCAPED (OR |

| 4) THE AREAS CONTAINING OUTDOOR STORAGE SHALL BE |
| SCREENED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SECTION 94-444(C) OF |
| THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. |

| REQUIREMENTS. |
