| PER CITY ENGINEERING STANDARDS, THE RESURFACING OF |
| PARKING LOTS IS DEFINED AS A THE CONSTRUCTION OF A |
| PARKING FACILITY. AS A RESULT, THE FACILITY MUST MEET |
| THE PROVISIONS OF THE ZONING CODE. THEREFORE, A SIGNED |
| AND SEALED LANDSCAPE PLAN WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE |

| LANDSCAPED TERMINAL ISLANDS MUST BE BUILT TO TERMINATE |

| CONSTRUCTED ALONG THE S. DIXIE FRONTAGE IN BETWEEN THE |
| INGRESS AND EGRESS DRIVEWAYS FOR THE PROPERTY. THE |
| BUFFER SHALL CONSIST EITHER HEDGES OR GROUND COVER |
| INSTALLED EVERY 2' ON CENTER. |

| ALL NEW LANDSCAPING MUST BE IRRIGATED. AN IRRIGATION |
| PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED. |

| THE SITE PLAN FOR THE PARKING LOT MUST SHOW THE DOUBLE |
| STRIPING AND DIMENSIONS FOR EACH PARKING STALL AS WELL |
| AS THE DIMENSIONS FOR THE DRIVE AISLES. A WIDTH OF 24' |
| IS REQUIRED FOR TWO-WAY DRIVE AISLES. |

| THE SITE PLAN MUST ALSO SHOW THE LOCATION AND |
| DIMENSIONS OF ALL DRIVEWAYS FOR THE LOT. |

| PLEASE CONSULT SEC 94-485 FOR THE PROVISIONS REGARDING |
| STALL PAINTING AND DIMENSIONS AS WELL AS THE |
| REQUIREMENTS FOR DISABLED PARKING SPACES. |
