 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. THIS PROPERTY IS PART OF THE AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL
 AIRPORT COMMERCIAL PLANNED DEVELOPMENT ("CPD"). A MINOR
 AMENDMENT TO THE CPD SHOWING THE PROPOSED SIGNAGE WILL
 BE REQUIRED TO BE FILED TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT AND APPROVED PRIOR TO THE BUILDING SIGNAGE
 PERMIT BEING APPROVED. SEE

 DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION FOR REQUIREMENTS OF A MINOR PD
 AMENDMENT.
  
  
 THE COMMENTS BELOW REFLECT THE INFORMATION NEEDED ON
 SITE PLAN, PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL OF THE MINOR AMENDMENT.
  
 3. PROVIDE ALL EXISTING SIGNAGE FOR THIS BUILDING.
 PURSUANT TO THE ZONING CODE, SECTION 94-408 (D)(1) -
 WALL-MOUNTED, A MAXIMUM OF ONE SIGN FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL
 BUSINESS OCCUPANT OF THE BUILDING, PLUS TWO (2)
 ADDITIONAL SIGNS ARE ALLOWED, FOR A TOTAL OF THREE (3)
 WALL-MOUNTED SIGNS. PROVIDE LARGER SHEETS A MINIMUM OF
 11"X17" THAT SHOW THE DETAIL OF THE SIGNS MORE LEGIBLY.
 PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO. 1618-82, THE WALL SIGNAGE ON
 THE HOTEL TOWER IS LIMITED TO 200 SQUARE FEET. THE
 SIGNAGE ON THE SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTATION IS NOT LEGIBLE
 TO WHAT THE PROPOSED SIGNAGE SQUARE FOOTAGE IS. ENLARGE
 SIGNAGE DETAILS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 PROVIDE ELEVATIONS SHOWING EXISTING SIGNAGE VS.
 PROPOSED WITH TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE AS ALLOWED BY THE
 SECTION 94-409. INCLUDING FREE-STANDING SIGNS (ON BOTH
 SIDE OF THE SIGN FACE), ETC.
